Great way to carry your chain saw on an ATV,

"My husband has this Kolpin Saw Press bracket on his four wheeler. Our 12 year old grandson just purchased his own chain saw and asked to get his own bracket so he could carry his chainsaw on his four wheeler when he goes hunting and camping with grandpa."

"The Kolpin Saw Press Bracket was easily installed on my ATV.
Maybe it took all of 5 to 7 minutes. It holds my Chainsaw in
place on the back of the ATV and gives me more room for
other tools and accessories. I am very satified with the product."

Best woodcutting tool after the saw & sled,

"This tool is attached to my snow machine and has been used almost everyday since purchase. Much handier than trying to carry the saw by hand or trying to balance in a sled filled with wood. Saw press will be transferred to 4 wheeler in a couple weeks when the snow is gone. Also attached to the snow machine are; Koplin's guncase mount & gas tank Jr. Good products all. Cabelas and Koplin have taken good care of my outdoor needs for many years now. I will continue to use both in the future. Thanks for a job well done-"

"This product works perfectly. I have it mounted on the back luggage rack of my Kawasaki 450, and it solved the problem of lashing the chain saw on with bungee cords. It's easy to mount and easy to use. Only modification I made to it was to replace the nuts and bolts supplied with stainless steel ones."

"Good universal mounting bracket. Foam inside bar holder is too soft and is wearing away quickly. Suggest slip in frame with interior rubber on one side only with screw type pressure aganst bar instead of hinged-clamp system."

"wasn't in the woods 3 minutes the first time I used it and rubbed a tree as I went by. BANG, saw and SawPress were on the ground, broke off all 3 plastic mounting brackets. Looked good on paper....."

"is not as adjustable as i would have liked. It seems the only way to install is with the saw vertical. I wanted a horizontal mount on the side of the back rack that did not protrude."

What an AWSOME product,

"I do alot of tree trimming and I use to haul my chainsaw in the back of my Polaris ATP. Not anymore, this chainsaw press alows the saw to be secured with a nice tight fit. It also allows the saw to be angled anyway that best fits the need. Comes with all the hardware so you can mount it to a flat surface or to rack bars / tubes. My only concern now that I have had this press for a month is I worry that if you don't tighten the clamp enought there could be a chance that it could slip open. It has not happened to me, but I make sure to tighten it extremely tight. I really don't think anyone who buys this product would be disappointed in it."

Saw Press won't hold bar cover,

"I returned the Kolpin saw press because it won't lock around my Stihl chainsaw bar cover. The press is well designed and would work fine if you didn't use your bar cover. However, if you don't have it covered, your bar and chain will be covered in dirt and mud because it hangs straight down behind your rear tire of your ATV. The pictures of the saw press show it being used with a bar cover, but I fail to see how that's possible since at it's widest setting it still is a long way from being open enough to hold a bar cover that is about an inch wide.
I would gladly buy another press if someone redesigned it so it would work as indicated in the pictures."

"I used a wratchet strap to hold my saw onto the front rack of my 4 wheeler. This worked excellant, although time consuming. I recieved this bracket as a Christmas gift from the owner of Chief Logan Sportsman's Preserve, who purchased 1 for himself & loves it. Now I only have 2 wing nuts to loosen to have access to my saw. I would recomend this to anyone who has a 4 wheeler & needs to carry a chain saw anytime they ride through the woods."

"I use my ATV for all the work I do at my cabin on the OLYMPIC PENISSULA OF WASHINGTON STATE. I use my Chain Saw quite often and many times had it strapped to my front rack. It was never secure and once fell off and shreaded a tire on my ATV. Now it is always secure on the back of my QUAD. I carry it whenever I am in the woods and never have it worry about it. The install was a piece of cake! My 15 year old boy had it mounted in 5 minutes. Thanks for offering such a great product!!!"
