"I have kennels for my 5 dogs, (all just pets) and it has a concrete floor. For the past few years I have been running a heater during the winter to keep them warm and no matter what I tried to put in the kennels to keep their beds off the cold floor, the beds always ended up back on the floor. Each kennel ended up being a different width when they were built so I have not been able to find a solution to keep my dogs warm as they age. We were going to custom build a sub-floor in each kennel but as I looked at the cost and time-- I remembered the Kennel Decking I had previously seen in Cabela's catalog and decided to try them. I ordered just enough to do two kennels at first, but ended up ordering enough to complete all six kennels. They are wonderful, easy to put together, easy to fit in different sized areas and my dogs obviously love them because they quit sleeping outside in the doghouses (I provide sleeping choices for them) and started coming in to cuddle up in the beds (which also came from Cabela's) on top of the decking. My husband apparently likes the new look in the kennels and the fact that the dogs are spending more time inside now and he started replacing their doggie doors and upgrading their kennels. Thanks for the great Kennel Decks....they are also very sanitary and light weight enough to clean under."

"We bought these kennel decking to put in our puppy pen to keep the puppies off of the floor....they are practically indestructible and do the job! We don't waste time putting in the rubber feet, as the dogs can pull them out way too easily! They do the job and are inexpensive. I would highly recommend them to anyone whose dog is outside, on a hard surface or just lounges on the porch!"

"First off, as usual the shipping was very fast ! The kennel floor is of great design and works better than anything I could have wished for. I don't like block or concrete pads because they are harsh on the pads of a dogs paws. The decking channels moisture/rain very well . This is a fantastic product, costly but worth it. I purchased two (2) complete kits ! Highly Recommend !"

"We have been housing dogs for over 15 years and have tried everything for floors. This is it. Our dogs used to pace and we've noticed that they are laying down asleep more. It is cool even in the heat of the day. It is great to clean. The hair just blows off of it. With all the money I have spent on dog floors, I wish I'd bought these first. We have put together a few sets to make a 8x12 pad and we can both walk across it without feeling it will come apart. I strongly recommend it for your pets."

"Midwest summers - soaring temperatures, humid conditions and a Siberian Husky. Which one of these doesn't quite fit?? With Cabela's kennel deck they all manage together just fine. The kennel deck provides an elevated spot on which my dog can relax and get off of the hot concrete throughout the summer months. The design also allows air to circulate below the decks which provides much needed ventilation. The system is easy to maintain with durable construction and washable surfaces. Now that the weather is cooling off, I know that the decks will keep my dog off of the concrete and provide a warm spot during the cold winter months. It truly is an item with year-round appeal.
