"this is a great call! has good volume. can make all the goose sounds. not as loud as some other short reeds but can still turn heads at a good distance, i got the one with the dvd and it is helpful, would probably be extremely helpful to a first timer. would highly recommend this call to any hunter"

"This is a great call for beginers, its easy to blow and with some practice you can up-grade yourself to some more advanced calls that Zink offers. This pc1 call sounds good and requires hardly no back pressure. What ever ZINK puts on there label well thats what it is period!!!!!!!!!"

"I was so glad when this call came in, I instantly put the dvd in and started learning. The dvd is great and its so easy to learn, I kept rewinding it and going over the instrunctions and I had this thing sounding like the real deal in no time, unfortunatly, I decided to take it apart and wipe it down before putting it away for the day, as soon as I pulled the call apart the reed and all the guts fell out, No big deal right? WRONG I just thought I would put it back together and use it but once I did it sounded horrible. So took it apart over and over again trying to get that sound right like it was at first but its impposible, it sounds horrible now and I cant get the sound right for anything. So please when you go to clean watch out for the reed and the inner parts to NOT fall out because it will never sound the same again."

Great call & DVD 4 the $,

"This call is outstanding...It was my first one and it took me a few hours of practicing but once you got the hang of it, it sounds pretty good. I've been practicing with it for about 5 months, so I wanted to get out and see how the geese react to it. Well I saw one way out, barely able to even tell it was a goose. And I worked it in right next to me. That wasn't the only goose that did that either. So overall the call sounds very goosy and is perfect for that cheap little hunting call, cause the geese love it! The DVD is great for learning how to blow a short reed becasue it gets you started on the right track. Great call and DVD for the money!"

"This call plays very smooth, has great response, and sounds like a goose. i recomend this call to anyone looking for a nice call for a little cash, whether they are beginers or seasoned goose hunters. and if you are a beginer, a call with a dvd is a must to get you started right. great choice!"

"I juste want to say i'm not a pro in call, but i juste baught this combo CALL+DVD and i'm happy to order the DVD because i have some difficulty to blow it well, i probably not using this call if i don't have the DVD to help me. "I bought this set for my husband at Christmas, it's awesome. He drove us all crazy for three days because he couldn't get enough of it! :) The instructer on the DVD is very good, he keeps things simple and to the point. "this is by far the best polycarbonate goose call out there. i also own the meatgrinder and the hitman and use this call over them. the powerclucker is so much easier to blow, makin it where you can blow more calls out without gettin as winded as easy. the dvd with it does a great job of explaing things to someone also; far better than the goose calling 2.0 by jeff foiles. this call is a must have."

"I am rating the call and the video both. The call is a very good call for the price. With the easy blow guts it is easy to blow but lacks some volume (as advertised). The video is one of the best introductory videos out of the four that I viewed. Very easy to follow step by step explination and demonstration. The call is a great call for a beginner to learn to call properly and is effective enough to use in the field at very reasonable price. If you are serious about goose hunting you may want to invest in a more expensive call. You do get what you pay for! This call lives up to its advertisement in function and in price. The only thing I didn't like was how much it cost to ship it. Almost didn't buy the call because of it!"
