"I tried many different calls that are priced under $40.00, and this call has to be up there with the best I've tried. The call has a great sound, and is very easy to blow. The call is not real loud, however, it has ample volume for most applications. Give it a try. You won't be dissapointed."

"the good people at Faulk have made this call for many years, was my first duck call some 30 years ago. excellent mallard call for the marsh, keep it dry and there is no better call. they make a great wood duck call on the same type frame, also very good. both excellent value."

"My first duck call, very easy to use after a coupla days of practice. Sounds a little raspier than my other calls, and has become my call of choice this season. I'm no expert caller by any means, but have turned ducks around to land on several occasions that would have otherwise flown straight over the deeks and kept going. Works for me, and is affordable."

"This is a great value for someone just getting into waterfowling! This was my first season, and thanks to Falk's, my group of three hunters went through almost 3 boxes of shells opening day on a wooded stretch of the upper milwaukee river. We had birds coming in from every direction. This call is VERY easy to blow, has a good raspy tone, and is capable of reaching birds at a long, long range. The only drawbacks are that the pitch is a little low on softer calls and it does'nt work well when its wet, or after heavy continuous use. Overall a great product.....great value"

"I am 23 years old and i have been hunting ducks with my dad since i was 9. My father taught me how to call on the Faulks WA-33 his dad gave him. I still have that call hangin on my lanyard and it still sounds as good as the day that he gave it to me. I have tried other calls but none of them have ever givin me the performance that faulks has givin me. When my son is old enough to hunt I will teach him the same way that my father taught me on a Faulks."

"Anyone over 30 has probably had and lost a couple of these. It is a classic. I use this call successfully for the feeding chuckle. The small barrel means not a lot of air is required to blow it. This gives you much more control of the notes. For the few sheckles that this call costs, you can afford to use as a back up or like I do as a "specialty call"."
