Mojo Super Mojo Mallard® – Drake

You'll never have a shortage of shooting action when you have the Mojo Mallard decoys and accessories. The attention-grabbing flash of Super Mojo Duck's spinning wings imitates a duck's natural backpedaling landing motion, driving real ducks crazy and pulling them in from extremely long distances. Designed by fanatical duck hunters, this flash decoy uses a large, quiet direct-drive motor to spin durable aluminum wings. The wings attach directly to the motor so there are no belts to stretch or break. The addition of realistic, offset wings and a three-position switch with intermittent spin mode make the Super Mojo a duck-drawing magnet, especially to educated birds. The wings fold up for fast, fumble-free setup. Enhanced paint detail with a flared tail and cupped body deliver incredible realism and high visibility. Use the new charger insert on the outside of decoy to charge the battery without removing it. The improved pole has a flared end for easy insertion into the ground. The amazing mallard, February 17, 2009

"I dont know who said that the "SUPER" mojo makes noise and it rattles, because I have two mojos, one being the super and one being the regular and the super lasts me all day with out a noise and the regular makes a knocking noise and doesnt look near as good as the super from far away. I would recommend this to any of my fellow duck hunters that know how to hunt and know how to use this product correctly. EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!"

"I own 2 of the regular mojo mallard decoys. best investment i've ever made. However the "super" mojo isn't exactly what he was quacked up to be. This new wing design does create more motion and flashing which is the idea however it rattles like no other. The noise that this decoy makes is unbearable. It is so loud that it spooks ducks that are nowhere near in range. I would only recommend this product to my worst enemy. really...don't buy it."

"I own one of these and it has been a problem from the git go.
It is loud and rattles and the intermittent feature does not work. The biggest problem is that the thing goes through batteries like they're candy. On a typical morning this thing will burn through three fully charged batteries.
The standard Mojo is an excellent machine, but this thing has too many issues."

Wings and things, December 2, 2008

"This unit rattles terribly and is very noisy. I have used it a total of 9 times. The feet were loose after the third use. I installed the mojo intermittent remote and it failed on the second outing. Cabelas replaced it with no problem. The folding wings are easy to use. This past weekend (12-01-08), I used the unit in 21 degree weather. The plastic sockets on both wings broke when the wings were deployed. The wings are not sturdy enough for northern exposure. Mojo should consider making legs that retract into the body cavity. Folding wings on the Super are a huge improvement over Mojo Mallard, but not perfect yet. Also, could you please design a decoy bag to carry this thing."

"After reading some of the reviews: I think this product is great! I have purchased 2 of them and would get more if I could afford them. I have had the "Lucky Duck" in the past and loved it. I have had that for a few years and decided to try the "Mojo" I LOVE IT! They have really thought through every aspect of it.

They made the feet easy to put on, opposed to the lucky duck that has screws that attach the decoy to the pole.

The pole comes to a point and has a weep hole, so mud does not build-up, unlike the lucky duck that is hollow.

The battery is easily put in and taken out, unlike the lucky duck that you have to remove a wing nut to take out to swap batteries.

I can continue explaining the pro's but then I would not have to to hunt tomorrow! HAHA! JK-ing...

Over all a great product and even better when used with the vortex! Great product! PLEASE DONT BUY! I want there to be ducks left over this weekend..."

Very real looking, November 4, 2008

"I got this decoy and hunted with it during the split. It looked very realistic and attracted the birds well. Had a group of teal almost fly into it. But I must say the 360 degree swivel that I purchased for it and the remote are must haves nothing better than not having to go back out to turn it on/off. The only draw back I see is that in high wind (20+MPH) like I had that day the wing folded unexpected and had to shut it off. Other than that it looks great and the wing motion is an improvement over the original."

Excellent decoy, Mojo needs to do more, October 6, 2008

"I love this decoy! It's sturdy, realistic, and the battery lasts forever. The day I got it I set it up in my garden and let it run on full power, thinking that it would run out of juice in about an hour. I went to bed 12 hours later and the thing was still running! It looks great in the marsh and obviously attracts the ducks.

But.........two things. Mojo's instructios are flimsy, poorly written, and hasten the set-up process. Also, if you buy one of these go ahead and get the extension pole kit. The pole that comes with this decoy is barely enough to keep it above water in certain marshes and you'll need the extra length.

Over all I give it a 4.5 and highly reccomend it."

A few problems you should consider..., September 30, 2008

"Overall, a "mediocre" quality product. I would recommend this product, however I had a few issues you should consider:

First, the good:

Very lifelike in appearance. Durable. Easily portable. Attractive to ducks.

And the bad:

1) Parts like the intermittent spin module are loose inside the decoy and rattle when running, because the offset wings make the decoy vibrate rapidly.

2) The access panel on the back is attached with a tiny, flimsy hinge and is held closed with a very small piece of velcro tape.

3) Due to the offset, wind-resistant wings, the battery does not last more than 6 hours.

4) Accidentally reversing the battery leads destroys the intermittent spin module, then it only spins the wings continously. Easy to do when changing batteries.

5) During transport, disconnecting the leads is advisable because of the exposed on/off switch that is easily touched and moved to the on position. Either keep one of the leads off or risk having a run-down battery when you arrive to hunt.

6) Legs are loosely attached and can come off."

"I find the Super Mojo Mallard the most realistic and effective of all the Mojo duck products. It actually looks as though the wings are flapping instead of spinning. I change out the multi-cycle unit and install a remote. I find this is much more effective and you can work geese effectively by remotely shutting it off when working geese. It's a killer for ducks!!"
