"After purchasing three Mojo Duck Decoys I desided that it would be much easier to equip them with the Remote control Kits than wading out in the water everytime to turn the Ducks on and off. The first remote control kit did not work at all. The second & third worked flawlessly as did the replacement for the first. I have only one suggestion too make, that would be to place the remote control module into a water tight bag when you place it into the duck. The ability to turn the Ducks on & off from the comfort of a blind, not only saves batteries but helps keep you from spooking incoming birds."

"This is a useful product. We primarily hunt the marshes, this device keeps us in the weeds hidden. Being able to run the mojo as needed keeps the wings flapping throughout several hunts.

"Have a first generation mojo, so had to cut the harness and connect by trial and error. However, works like a charm. Haven't tried it beyond decoy distance, but worked well through several hunts over the last month. Greatly improves my attitude towards spinners."

"The FIRST remote I received would only work about every 8th time or so, and that was with the decoy right in front of me. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. I thought it may be the battery since the red indicator light was not coming on. When I opened it up, I discovered the circuit board was corroded. I immediately returned the product. Cabela's customer service was fantastic!! They sent me another remote with no problem. This one worked great. I installed it in a Baby Mojo. Just remove the battery houseing (which is fun) and slip it in ahead of it."

"I installed the kit within minutes, and without the velcro that came in the package. The receiver fit snug enough that there is no rattling or movement inside while the wings spin. 4 of 5 stars because of the ease of installment and remote range. If it was made in the U.S.A., I'd have given it 5 stars."

Beware if you have an older mojo model,

"The internal wiring on older Mojo Mallards is not directly compatible with the new design remote. It was necessary to contact Mojo's customer service folks and find out how to modify the new remote to connect to the older Mojo model. Additional instructions from Mojo staff did require cutting of wires and soldering new connections. The additional information from Mojo did solve the issue and now the system works just fine."

"Bought the kit for the super mojo I bought earlier from the catalog. Said it was the one that worked with the unit but nothing works. I cant even get the mojo to work on its own. I think it was shipped to me without a switch. Oh well. I am not happy"

"They as always, work great. Only suggestion would be to color code or large numbers on them. We use several together in different fields and have to label decoy and remote to make sure we have the right remotes with the right decoys."

"i bought two of these units to install with two baby mojos. they work but be carefull when installing in the baby mojos. you can not anchor them on the top of the battery harness like in the large mojos. the back lid would not close (not enough room). i had to take the screws out that harness the battery harness on the bottom of the decoy then i slid the unit in the forward part of the decoy, use the velcro strips they provide to keep unit from rattling or moving in the front of the decoy. keep in mind these units are not weather proof so thats why you want them housed. so far so good havent had any problems. i do beleive they should warn you about installing these in baby mojos.

"Got one remote and tried it with my mojo. Never was reliable usualy wouldnt even work. So returned it for a new one and have the same problems. Works fine from about 2 feet away any furhter then that it dosent work. Recomend it as a anchor save your money and buy a timer they work much better"

"The remote control seems to work very good from the distance I will be using it from most of the time,which will be well under 50 yards away at the maximum.Control and receiver were very easy to install and activate.I see using this product alot this upcoming season.I feel it is a qaulity product and would reccomend it to anyone looking for a remote control for a Mojo spinning wing decoy."
