Not Very Happy,

"The only good things I can say is that they are cheap and easy to see in dim light. The rear sight sits very high, due to the height of the front sight, and hangs up on everything. This is bad because whenever the rear sight is disturbed it moves (windage) and I have that clamping screw tightened as much as I dare to. Forget using a scabbard, the front sight sticks up so high that it will come out with fuzz if you have a lined scabbard or it will hang up every time you are in a hurry. I hiked down into a gnarly canyon last week and lost my footing at one point. The front sight tapped a small tree and it was game over. See those little tiny rings that stick out to hold the front fiber optic? They break very easy, take a look at the picture and you will see the problem there. I'm thinking of going with a sturdier peep sight now."

Great sights,

"Really great sights with a great price. Had a gunsmith friend install sights just to be on the safe side. He made it easy with simple tools.
Just took it hunting the other day. I was able to stay out a little longer than usual after sunset due to it's high visibilty.
But the deer was no where around. So now they better be careful."

"I was hesitant to purchse after reading some of the reviews, but thought that the positive remarks outweighed the negative ones. The rear site does set up high off the barrel and is easily snagged on brush. After it was sighted in, i was excited about getting into the woods to put it ot the test. the second day in the field I noticed that the fiber on the front site was missing. it had been there earlier, but after a deer drive, it was gone. I've contacted the manufacturer, but have heard nothing yet. I've also read other comments on the net about the same problem with truglo sites for other models. It looks like I'll be replacing for next seasn."

"I installed these on my .356 Winchester Model 94 in about 20 minutes. The rear sight fit very well and the front took only a minor polishing with some emery cloth to fit properly. At the range the rear sight was easily adjusted and the rifle shoots very well. It is amazing the difference when you can see the sights again. Truglo has a fine product that does exactly what they say it will do. Since I hunt in the dark timber for elk this will be a great addition to my rifle."

"I needed to replace the sights on a Winchester Model 94 30-30 cal. I checked my catalog and found the sights I needed.
Then I went to Cabala's website and ordered them. The packsge arrived within two days ,in perfect shape . I installed them ,sighted the rifle in ,and what more can I say? Everything worked out fine . I couldn't be more satisfied .

"Overall pleased. The sights are easier to pick up than the factory sights and very easy to install. The only thing I didn't like is the fact that you can not use the factory hood with the tru glo front sight. But they should hold up just fine."
