"I had always wanted to try making my own sausage, so bought both the Hog and Lamb casings. I have now used both, and find both excellent products. Making the sausage was not hard and it is sooo much better than what you can buy. I found the Hog casing a little easier to use because of its size (as well as makes larger sausages – which is what I like). With everything else pretty much equal, I will probably only buy hog in the future. I will definitely be making a lot more sausage using Eastman Sausage Chef Casings."

"The casings them self where fine to work with, but on the package was stated that there are enough casings to make 25 pound of sausage. I made a batch of 25 pounds and only had enough casings in the pack to make 12 pounds of sausage and the casings where in a lot of short pieces where I was only able to make at the most 5 sausages in one piece.
For that reason I would not recommend this product to anyone."

"I have not used this product, however have used them in the past and have nothing but great things to say. This product was packaged very well, allowed me to produce mouth watering italian sausage."
