Moves too much.,

"I've tried this rest on both a heavy and medium recoiling rifle. In both cases, the rest moved all over the bench with poor results. You cannot weight the front heavy enough, otherwise the rest will tip forward. There is no way to weight the center or rear of the rest. I returned this rest. I shoot much more accurately with just the bean bags provided at the range. While the rest does remove recoil from your shoulder, the result is that all the recoil is transferred to the gun and scope. I would not shoot a rifle I liked using this rest. Too bad! The overall design is very good. The rest needs a platform added for lead or other bags. Excellent as a cleaning vise."

"Very happy. Used it last few days with excellent results and build up confidence due to eliminating (80%) human factor. While I am not intending to use it under real life (hunting) conditions the sighting the gun using this bench rest product confirmed that my gun is properly sighted in."

Great gun rest,

"I and my friends (15) took this rest out to sight in our rifles (243 thru 338 win mag) and found it took less than five shots per gun at one hundred yards to zero the rifles. After hunting season that year I was told numerous times now knowing they were sighted in so well gave them way more confidence in their abiltiy and there was a better than 50% sucess ratio.
I cannot praise this product enough. I think all serious hunters should use this to know their weapon better."

"The Inventive Technology Sharp Shooter Magnum Rifle Rest is built from heavy gauge steel and is solid as a rock. Adjustments up front allow leveling the rest in case you're on an uneven suface. An adjustment knob in the rear allows for elevation adjustment. All adjustments are smooth and precise. Non-skid rubber feet keep the rest put. The front forearm clamp has the same adjusting knob with small hard rubber fingers about 1/4" long all over both surfaces which prevents marring of the stock as does the rubber but plate holder. The forearm can be adjusted so the rifle can be removed and replaced without loosening the adjustment knob. That comes in real handy when I'm using the rest on 10 meter air rifle where I have to remove the rifle to give it a pump for each shot. The only thing I would like to have would be an adjustment for left and right positioning although it's not that big of a deal. I highly recommend this rest."
