"I own a few pairs of boots for a variety of reasons. Some for support & grip while edging around cliffs & boulders, others for a walk in the park.
This pair was hoped to be a dog-walker, park/beach-walker during our winter rainy season. I also hoped they might periodically work as a spontaneous seashore fishing boot on the wet rocks.
After two days worn at the office, I took them outdoors.
The fit is spacious, but good. They are a designed to fit a broad range of feet within the size-range. An insole takes up some of the depth. Heel fit is not perfect, but good, width 'D' is true, size is true '13', about a 47/47.5 euro size.
I'm much less impressed with the new design of speed-lace, being studs rather than hooks. Laces slip off easily as you tie your boots. I appreciate the use of eyelets rather than the increasingly popular riveted eyes. I lace boot-eyes from over to under as that holds laces from easily slipping untied. Full marks for old-fashioned eyelets.
The Cabela sole, a Vibram Gumlite copy, worked perfectly well on the rocks for wet traction. This is a really big deal for me, as good wet traction means no broken bones or sprains, and when the tides or gales are crashing, you don't drown due to a slip. Poor wet traction can cause injury or fatality on the beach or on the mountain trails I walk. I recommend these soles for comfort and traction.
They are very comfortable to walk in with good cushioning and expected walking boot support. The few times I've had them out my feet remained dry. My outings were my break-in period and no discomfort or rubbing occured.
You can comfortably wear them all day without turning your feet to stew.
This boot provides exactly what I hoped for and expected.
The quality is good for the price and I do recommend an insole as needed. The boot is "Cliffjumper' recomended for duty where you aren't hanging off hazardous rocks.

"So far so good. Have worn the Brittany 7 inch hunting boots several times and am having good results so far in the field. The soles could have a more aggressive tread and I would prefer the boots to be a little taller but a very good boot for the price. So far the water proofing works fine as well. Look forward to how they work over time. They will get a thorough work out as I hunt upland birds in several states about 50 trips in the field each year. Only 4 stars for now but that could change. Not quite as comfortable as more expensive boots but very light and work well with a heavier sock. They are true to size. They are a very good value for the money. Give them a try I don't think you will be disappointed."

"I bought these as a lightweight alternative boot for fair weather upland hunts. They're OK but never really "break in" and form to your foot/ankle as a good leather boot would, these they stay rather rigid. They are very water resistant and dry quickly. They are a decent boot for the price."

"Nice boot except the left one rubbed my ankle where the tongue meets the side. Upon inspection there was excess liner sewn into the boot which bunched up. Also the way the tongue laid against my ankle there may have been some of the problem. Right boot was fine, though. Couldn't comfortable wear them. Returned."

"I think that most of the reviews about this boot are correct. The laces and eyelets could be better, and the tongue does tend to bunch up sometimes. But they are completely waterproof and durable, they have good traction and they don't hold mud, and you can fix the laces/tongue problems with a little bit of patience and practice. I've hunted quail in these boots several times, and I'm completely happy with them."

"These boots are okay for the money. Not much money - not much boot. I like to wear them for about half a day. Then I don't like them so much. There is no padding around the collar. They don't absorb shock particularly well. I have had mine a year and am looking for some new boots, even though these have plenty of life left in them."
