    Good Product, September 10, 2009
    By Williambday from Riviera, TX

"Just used in Colorado on my latest hunting adventure and it worked great. Three of my other hunting buddies have them and we all could keep in contact with each other. Definatley came in handy when I shot my mule deer and had them come to me to help pack it out. Great product!!!"

    Garmin rino, September 2, 2009
    By Tony5165 from California

"The problem with the rino product is that Garmin restricts downloads of their maps to two Garmin products. So in my case with a GPS map76 and a 162 used on my boat. I have to buy new unlock codes in order to get these programs on the rino.

Therefore the cost of the maps needs to be considered and it you want to have more than two you will have to purchase another set of maps. Since most hunting trips involve more than two people the product becomes prohibitively expensive.

In additions communcation with normal grs radios is complicated by the scramble features.

This is an example of a combination device not being worth the premium over two separate devices. For stand hunters, duck hunters and on the water communications I would just stick with the gps 76 if you really need a mapping gps and separate radios if you want to stay with Garmin products.

    Great GPS, September 9, 2008
    By MattB from Gypsum, CO

"I love this GPS. Works great everywhere. Have lost some signal in dense trees, however it gets great signal on the center console of my truck and everywhere else. Would highly recommend the topo map program for it. And personally if I had the chance to do it all over again I would spend the extra cash and buy the 530HCX. For a little extra you get a whole lot more. Wish my buddies would buy some rinos too."
