Lok® model. Just like the original, it covers the sound of your steps when you're stillhunting or walking
to your stand, plus the activated-charcoal lining traps any game-spooking scent your boots could be
leaving along the trail. It is made with quiet polyester fleece. A full 1" thick pile sole lets you attain
shadow-like stealth, soaking up the noise you would normally make when walking on dry leaves, sticks
and other ground debris. A 1/4" polypropylene/acrylic footbed further cushions your steps and quiets

"These are not the latest model of Baers Feet.The new ones have a larger velcro strap.I lost my right baers feet while stalking mule deer in the desert because they are to loose."

Good for 10 minutes,December 4, 2008

"I now have one Baer's foot instead of two. I wore them out the first evening they arrived and they worked great for about 10 minutes. Then I looked down and one of them was gone, the simplistic velcro simply is not enough to keep them on your boot. At least the camo pattern is good, so good that I couldn't find the Baer's foot again after it fell off. Maybe I will wear my single Baer foot around some more so I am half as quiet.
Don't buy these unless you plan to add snap buttons yourself, I can't believe they don't have a better system to keep these on your feet."

Okay with modifications,November 12, 2007

"Product keeps noise and scent control on the ground to a minimum. Early season vegetation was picking up scent from bottom of my boots and deer were "sensing" leftover scent. Deer are not picking up my scent on the ground after using Baer's feet on the final 60 yard approach to my stand.
Baer's feet offer average noise reduction, above average scent control, but poor dependability for remaining on your feet when walking.
User must constantly be a aware of the Baer's feet slipping off while walking. Mine have fallen off multiple times while walking in the woods. This leads to additional movement to put the product back on and the potential for loosing the product.
The velcro is very noisy when putting on the Baer's feet. A bungy cord type string that is easly adjusted would be a great addition to this product. In the off season, I will modify mine to adjust easily and not depend on the velcro.
Finally, the Baer's feet are great at limiting tree stand noise. Putting the Baer's feet on after getting into the treestand eliminates the metal "twang" that can occur when a portion of the hunters boot rubs across the platform of the treestand."

"Ever have deer walk into your path you've just used to get to your stand and have them stop in there tracks like they were at a brick wall ? Not with these things you won't ! Great product for bowhunters who need there game to be ultra close, THESE THINGS WORK!"

"Allowed me to walk extra quiet into my natural ground blind and harvest an eleven point whitetail buck on opening day 2007 . Was pleased how it quieted my steps over leaves and branches . Good for laying down a scent trail also . Good especially on dry days which are noisy days . I probably won't use on very rainy days , because it's easy to walk quiet then and the material would probably collect water and therefore become muddy . I will always have these in my pack for when I need to be extra quiet ."

"I used them this weekend for the first time while deer scouting. I was really amazed at how much they reduce the noise from your steps on dry leaves and sticks. They will be with me all the time from now on. Downside, traction in tall grass up or down slopes. I guess this is the trade off."

"I really like this product. I can move through the woods a lot quieter wearing these. You still crack an occasional twig but moving through dry leaves is almost silent. With the Scent-Lok in this product I have not had a single deer catch my scent trail and I have had several deer walk the exact same trail I did. The price is very reasonable and I have seen other products similar to this at twice the price. Great deal, great product and I highly recommend them."

"These Baer's Feet keep you really quiet when walking over pebbly ground, and they cut down some on noise in dry leaves, too. But they collect mud and stones when damp - no good for hunting in wet conditions."

"Baers feet worked wonderfully in dry conditions. They really helped deaden the sound when walking on dry leaves. I would like to see them more water resistant. In wet conditions they seemed to hang on to the mud and leaves which made them almost clumsy to wear. Overall they are a good choice, especially for bowhunters."
