Good follow-up to first book and video,September 23, 2008

"This book is good by itself for intermediate instinctive shooters, especially stick bow shooters. It is also especially good for beginners to accompany Asbell's video on instinctive shooting. This book clarifies some of the cloudy areas in Asbell's first book, and dovetails nicely with his video on instinctive shooting. One note, this is the paperback edition thus the lower price."

Good Reference,February 11, 2008

"I haven't shot instinctively for 30 years. Once I standed using a compound I went with all the bells & whistles and have done very well in my bowhunting. However, I felt that I needed to get back into shooting a recurve and wanted to do some reading to refresh my old skill level. The book was very imformative and brought my attention to a few bad habits that I developed years ago and never really noticed before when shooting a recurve. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to learn to shoot a recurve (or longbow) for the first time or even someone like myself who just wanted to reclaim the old method of shooting a bow."
