Pass through with the 5th arrow,July 28, 2009

"I had a pass through with the 5th arrow I shot into the target. I turned it to another side and had pass through with 2 of the next 3 shots. I'm shooting a PSE X-Force (30in draw at 70#).
On the positive side - arrow removal was very easy for the arrows that did not have the fletching buried."

Nice Target for field tips,May 10, 2009

"I've used this target a couple of times now, field tips only. I wouldn't use broadheads, it would probably tear it up too much. I have only had a couple of arrows poke out the back only because I've hit the edge of the target, but it still stopped the arrow. Stops all other shots easy. The only down side is the inside materials shift around and push out the other sides your not shooting. Which creates a non square target, but its not a big deal. This target will last a long time and get plenty of arrows put through it."

"The arrows come out with two fingers. Great for multiple practice shots or sighting in your bow. I wouldn't shoot broadheads at it as it isn't really made for that and will rip easily, but perfect for field tips and can be put anywhere, mine is in my basement on top of a ping pong table."

"we have had this since last year and arrow removall is VERY difficult. tears up siding and lost to many practice tips inside to count. stuffing falling out all over a good point dogs have had a lot of fun pulling it apart after we quit using.lol"

"My first target, and have been using it for about 3 weeks. Never had a pass through, but I only shoot field tips regularly at it. I tried 1 broadhead shot the other day, not much damage, till I pulled it out. Had to put the stuffing back in!! I shoot about 50 arrows at it a night, and am only on my second side.. I don't see this failing anytime soon! The reviewer who stated it stopped an arrow on the edge, yes it does. I had a stray arrow from 45 yards pierce the seam on the edge only, and it stopped the arrow 5 inches from the flights."

"I bought A foam layer target from another company, but never again. I had pass throughs after only a couple dozen arrows. The Deadstop target has given me 3 good months of practice and shows little sign of wear. It should last another year or two easy, and I shoot alot."

"I bought this for use with field tips since shooting practice broadheads year round eventually wrecks fletching and field tipped arrows pull out of too hard from my Morrel Yellow Jacket broadhead target. My wife and I shot the heck out of this target with Beman ICS Hunter, Gold Tip XT Hunter carbon arrows and 2413 Easton Superslam arrows from a 70 lb Buckmaster G2XL bow. It stopped even a stray that was very close to the edge! This is an awesome target and for the money its the best you can get in my opinion."

"Just received my Delta Target and put about 100 arrows in three days into it. The target stops the arrows after 10 inches of penetration and are very easy to remove. This target beats most foam layered targets at half the price. Besides that it has four sides to shoot at, very stable, and saves on the fletching. Try shooting layered foam targets with wet shafts...this one stops them."

"Really, most bag targets do about the same job stopping field points. What I like about this one is the price and the weight. It's not a heavy bag, even when it gets wet.
One word of caution, don't shoot more than 1 side at a time. Getting arrows that start to criss-cross ain't good on the arrow. When you hear the "SNAP" after the shot, go back inside."
