"It has been great, I've been up close and personal with deer and even coyotes. If you have been looking at it and wanting it, go ahead and get it. You'll be happy that you did. I have used it as much for scouting as I have for hunting. I'd reccomend it to anyone, just know if you walk through brush it will get caught in it, just plan for it."

"This jacket is amazing. I have used it only this fall but have had numerous deer close, some within 15-20 feet and none have even seemed more than casually interested in me. I bowhunt only from ground blinds made of brush, I'm too old to climb anymore. Minor downside is it catches all types of seeds, leaves, etc. as well as your bow cam and release. I untied the strings, cut them in half and retied them on my bow arm and a short way up the release arm. Problem solved. You could also just cut them where needed. Gun hunters have no problems. A predator hunter friend says coyotes don't spot him either..

"I just returned from a Rusa deer hunt in Queensland Australia. The country is hot open dry grass land with little cover. I bought the ghillie suit [pants and jacket] and was able to stalk into 3 mtr of a feeding buck , take some photos then stalked into 48mtr of the massive 35in even stag and take him out with one shot. So needless to say this camo is invisible in the grass. The only thing to think about is if you are going into heavily wooded areas you will get caught up so a 3d camo would be better, so pick the right gear for the right place. Again cabelas does it again. Steven."

"This is a very decent ghillie suit. The price is a bit high, but not completely unreasonable compared to others. It is about as light weight and low temp as you can get with a ghillie suit. They all are insulated in nature. You can east customize and repair this suit. Some complained about strands falling out. Just fill in. I have built my own and it took many hours. At least you have the basic design to start with. Good suit. I haven't had problems. You will disappear."

"I recieved my suit in the mail opened to a box saying "Bushrag's Ghille Top/Bottum" quality is decent, shipping was great and fast (less then a week), the Desert ghillie is great, was able to hide in wheat-like and straw field. Jacket of ghillie is like a light, light, screen/netting. This is a great ghillie, I recommend it very much, it's very light (comfortable in warm weather), and mobile. "I have been using this set for 2 years with better than average results. I've had 5 jakes standing 10 feet from me looking straight at me and couldn't figure out what I was among the laurel and leaves. The only bad thing about the suit beside the price is the leaf and deer tic trap that it becomes. To become invisable in your suroundings, this is the suit you want."

"This suit was bought by 2 members of an outdoor tv show. we used the suits in the hills of Nebraska bow hunting. We used them to hide in the corn and in the tall grass on travel routes of whitetail and mule deer. We had 140 and 150 class mule deer walking with in 5 yards to check us out. We have footage of onemember on a hill with 3 mule deer surrounding me in this suit. IT WORKS.....you will blend in to the grass and love this suit"

"I was very disappointed in the workmanship. On my first wearing, I estimate that I lost 20% of the "strings" because they were not tied securely or at all. I reworked the entire jacket with what was left and found many more area were the material was not tied securely and/or not at all. I am going to have to buy more material to make this jacket function to the level I had expected. Very disappointing...."

"Bought the suit and used for one week. A number of issues that, if fixed, would make this suit awesome. (I bough the brown one for coyote calling). But for now don't buy one! One thing it needs under cover (camo) ILO the green. Also there is not enough strings when the suit gets wet you look like a green blob with some strings. Pants are to short and do not cover enough. The worst is the strings come out easy and overtime you are going to loose them all."

"I put my ghillie on with a pair of blue jeans, then flopped down on a pile of brush in my yard. I called my wife outside and she walked right past me, then saw the blue jeans, but still could not see my upper body or head until I moved. Then I lay down at the edge of my yard near a wood pile and had her take my picture. I sent the photo to my son who is ex-special ops. He couldn't find me in the photo. Several days later, I was ground hog hunting and had 5 turkeys walk by as I sat in the open at the edge of the woods, perhaps 60 yards away. Lastly, I heard a flock of crows going berserk, and I actually stalked to within 40 yards of the flock as they were harassing an owl. This was open hardwood forest with no leaves out, and some of the crows landed in the trees right over me, without seeing me at all. In regular camo, I have had crows spot me at 200-600 yards. I have never been able to get this close to crows before. This ghillie is highly effective. Of course it does snag on many things, but you just have to be careful. A few strands have come out, but I keep them and tie them back on. I used the suit in 80 degree temps and was hot but not unbearably so. The slightest breeze does get through. Buy this suit and become invisible."
