"To start things off, I drive a 2006 F-150 STX 4x4 with a 4.6L V8 engine. After putting in the K&N filter, I did notice my truck had a bit more go to it when I pushed the gas pedal, but not too extreme. I also do not have a large trailer to pull and I am not concerned with how fast I can take off, so I am not worried about having tons of speed or power. I also did see an improvement in fuel economy. My in town mileage went from 11-12mpg to about 13.5 with hiway mileage going from 16-17 to 18+. I have also gotten consistent 15-16mpg with mixed hiway/in town with the K&N filter as opposed to 13-14 without it. It may only be a mile or two a gallon, but this will EASILY pay for itself in time with fuel savings."

"I had a K & N filter on my 1994 Ford Bronco since I bought it new. The filter did a fantasic job of protecting the engine, and all I had to do every 30 to40 thousand miles or so was clean and reoil the filter. I would recommend one to anyone who wanted to protect the investment they just made in a new automobile. *****"
