"Well made, fit perfect. Put them on and went out to work in the horse barn and pasture. Comfortable fit, with the needed side pockets for tools. This is the third time I have purchased two pair of these shorts. The first two pair lasted about 7 years of hard use before my wife declaired them unfit for me to wear!"

"These are the best work shorts available today. They are rugged and stil very comfotable to wear. The numberous pockets and hammer loop allow for carring of a few tools while still remaining comfoortable. They hold up for dirty jobs and still wash up easily in teh washer. Generally, clothes are wornout over time by numerous washes but these shorts seem to be durable enough to not fit that mold. I would recommend these shorts to anyone wanting something that is going to hold up for the laong haul. Price was great and shipping was deliverd just as promised."

"After my son had purchased the carhartt pants, he decided to try the Carhartt washed duck work shorts as well. He uses the pants for the winter time and enjoys the comfort and quality of the shorts during the warmer weather. Because he works in construction, he needs durable clothing and gets that from the Carhartt Pants and Shorts. I feel confident that when I buy them as a gift for him that he will be pleased. He won't use any other shorts for work, so I don't waste money on any other brands and the Carhartts are an excellent value."

"These 2 are my 4th & 5th pairs and an attractive gray color. The first pair, now in tatters and a little shrunken, are 5 years old. This product is made for work and will last a very long time. I am a farmer and these shorts are worn from spring until late fall, getting washed repeatedly after 1-2 days use. The tool pockets keep my clippers and pliers at the ready; the other pockets are actually large enough to hold items, to put hands into, and are correctly located, in contrast to women's shorts."

"I'm a chimney sweep. I can't wear tight clothes. Long sleeve shirts and pants bind my arms and legs too much. I do a lot of contorting on the job. I need freedom of movement. These have been my work shorts for at least 15 years. They last a long time due to their heavy gauge. I do NOT want to buy lightweight fabric products. I've also worn Carhartt coats for years for the same reason. I'm very hard on my clothes. These work. And the tools pockets help when climbing a ladder or roof. I need my hands to be free. My work is risky. Thanks."
