"I really like the fact of controlling the amount of force pellets are ejected at by controlling the number of times you pump the air riffle. It shoots very accurately and is pretty stong. I wish it would shoot the pellets a little bit faster however. It's rated to shoot at 800 fps with 8 pumps maximum. It would be a 5 starr if it could shoot at around 1100 or 1200 fps with 8 pumps"

"Very accurate. No recoil. Very consistent shot to shot velocity with a standard deviation of 2-3 fps. With .20 cal. 14.3 gr. pellet velocities will be ~ 580 to 590fps NOT the 675fps as stated in the ads. Crossman/Benjamin/Sheridan is a very customer service oriented company."

"My Great uncle gave me this gun after he had owned it for years and has probably killed more varmits with it than the years he has been alive. (around 75) This gun is very accurate and packs quite a punch. After all of these years it still performs perfectly and still looks great. It is very durable. I would recomend this to anyone starting out or someone who needs something good enough for varmit hunting. This gun is definately going to get the job done!"

"This has been a great pellet gun for my son. He uses it all the time to plink for small game and target shoot. I shot one of these for 25 years and just loved it. This type of gun is great for young kids to learn how to shoot effectively and accurately. The single shot is a must for the young hunter.
They have made some of the trigger mechanism feel a little bulky and plastic. Not a big issue.
