"We purchased this stand for our new Pawley Hammock. Lots of use over the 4th of July holiday. At one time we had both parents and two children in the hammock and both hammock and stand held up great. Also withstood 60 mile straightline winds so very durable. Very easy to assemble, just as advertised and very satisfied with our purchase."

"The Pawleys Island Hammock is large and beautiful, but where to "hang it"? The Stand is the answer. The stand is heavy duty, no worry of it giving way with two and the dog. It has a great paint system to allow it to weather the outdoors, and if you find you need to put it away for a while, it quickly assembles and disassembles. Pawleys Hammocks and associated products are quality that you can enjoy."

"Have found that when sitting in unprotected area in the lanai, rain gets in the holes in the hammock stand, leaks through the ends of the pipes and causes rust to form on the concrete floor. The stand is also a little long, but perhaps needs to be."

"I wanted a good reliable hammock stand and after reading the reviews, I purchased this one from Cabela's. The shipping box was destroyed in shipment and I was concerned, but once I opened what box was left, the stand took the abuse. I immediately put it up in the back yard and weight tested it (I'm not a small person). It is strong and durable. I am extremely pleased with it and recommend it for anyone looking for a hammock stand."
