Warn ATV Utility Plow System,November 4, 2009
By easternwashingtonfrom Spokane, Washington
"My wife purchased the Warn ATV Utility Plow System for me as a birthday gift. If you are mechanically inclined, installation is very easy. Total time for me including winch installation was about 3 hours. I read some not so great reviews regarding the "j" bolt lifting set up. After inspecting for myself upon receipt of the system, I was a bit leary of the "j" bolt lifting mechanism as well so I did not install that part, instead I used a pulley that came with the Super winch LT 2000. We do not have snow yet however, we do have a gravel driveway which I have graded using the plow and a very large leaf clean up on the paved road in fron of our house. If this plow can move gravel as it did without any problem, I'm pretty confident snow will be a breeze. I recommend if you are buying a winch to lift the blade that you purchase the winch mounting plate that is made specifically for your ATV. I also read reviews about some universal fit mounting kits and wasn't very thrilled with problems people were writing they had with fitment. The last thing you want after spending 700-800 bucks are fitment issues right? When you receive the plow you want it on your machine asap! Spend the extra ten bucks or whatever for the right winch mount, you will be happier in the end."

48" blade,February 28, 2009
By hoodlumfrom WYOMING
"I love the blade the only regret I have is I didn't get the 60". it is a wonderful time and back saver. The blade is well constructed and durable. The same problem with the J bolt you just need to figure out how high you can lift it or replace the bolt."

poor quality,February 16, 2009
By zoeysmomfrom Olean, NY
"My husband was very excited to find this plow; however, when we received it, he was very disappointed. The frame was bent right out of the box (the box was not damaged). The first time he used it was on 6 inches of fluffy snow and two M14 bolts broke. The plow fell right off the 4-wheeler. He was not happy!!! He did buy more bolts at a local store and repaired it."

Great plow,February 3, 2009
By BitterinMAfrom Great Barrington, MA
"This is a great product. It was a bit difficult to install because my ATV isn't new, but once I got it on it works so well.
The only bad part is the super wimpy "J" bolt that connects to the winch. That broke in about 20 minutes and I made a new fastening system."

48" Utility Plow on Honda Foretrax,January 21, 2009
By Cabelas4Everythingfrom South Dakota
"Couldn't be happier with this purchase. I went with the 48" since I only have a 450 Honda. It is exactly what I was looking for. Installation was a breeze, plenty of instructions, very straight forward. The blade can turn both directions, and locks solidly in place. There are two angle settings each way, which is handy, as well as locked straight ahead. I also purchased a winch which is well worth the time installing, and installed rear tire chains which help a ton!! Before purchasing, make sure the blade is what you need. If you live in small areas, and need to "throw" snow, a snowblower may be a better purchase. If you have sidewalks, or a larger drive way, this is the way to go. You can push and pile the snow up on the sides as long as you have plenty of room. It is so much fun pushing snow that I actually can't wait for it to snow!! Wish I had more area to clear off."

need to make a better plow,January 12, 2009
By josh111from detroit
"for atv. everytime you want to slant the plow you have to get off and do it manually. i rigged up a rope so i could swivel the pin that holds the angle and kind of turn the atv so the plow catches on something and makes the plow slanted or straight. i will definitley be looking for a better way to do this in the future. These plows actually only do half the work since you have to waste time and get off every time you need it slanted. Also too they should make the wings for it so when you clear a side walk you can put on wings for large driveways. These are two biiiiig problems with atv plows. next year i will be looking for a better plow. Also if you plan on doing alot of pushing i recommend a cab but make sure you get one that covers your legs. Bad thing about cab is while driving thru deeps snow fast the snow melts on the engine and it fogs up the windows, so drive slow with it and it wont fog up."

Warn ATV Utility Plow - 48" Blade,January 4, 2009
By Gmoney303from Centennial, CO
"I purchased for my 2007 Honda Rincon and it's great. Installation was a bit of a knuckbuster without a lift {the mount plate}... but the rest was simple. I'm the hero of the neighborhood now, plowing the sidewalks. If you are looking for it to bust up packed ice or something like that, you will need something heavier though."

Warn Plow - "The Little Things",December 23, 2008
By Bababooeyfrom Burlington, Vermont
"If you are going to buy this product, you had better plan on more than one trip to the hardware store, in order to replace nuts, bolts and washers that fell out of the cheap torn plastic bags they send with the plow. Also, you might want to buy plenty of extra "J" bolts (used to attach winch cable to plow), or do what Warn should have done, engineer a much stronger method of connecting your winch cable to the plow mechanism. It's amazing how such as small component can make such a big difference."

Great snow plow,December 6, 2008
By Team40sfrom Grand Forks, ND
"I bought the Warn snow plow for my Suzuki 750. Just order the plow for the Suzuki 700 and that's the one that fits the 750. The plow and push tubes were easy to assemble and came in their own box. I was only missing one nut that I needed to put it together when I opened up the box.
Hint for the mount: When you are drilling the holes through the skid plates make them about the size of a quarter or so. Trying to get the ubolts into the exact size hole and trying to line them up is hard with the hole size they recommend.
The price on this plow is the best I found and I was able to use it today and it worked perfectly. I can't wait till it snows again. Crazy I know."

48" atv plow,March 17, 2008
By Anonymousfrom Pocono Mts. Freeland,Pa
"I recently bought a warn plow with a manual lift handle. Putting it all together was a little difficult because it all arrived in the course of three days. I would recommend waiting for all parcels to arrive before trying to put it all together. The hardest part was placing the bracket on the bottom of the quad, other than that, it was easy. I had a great time plowing with it, it works excellent. I have told a friend about it, he is also in the process of getting one. I only wish I bought one sooner. Thanks for a great product."

Good Plow,February 20, 2008
By bigskycofrom Ellensburg, Wa.
"Works great. Only problem is that it doesn't come with a mounting bracket to your 4 wheeler. Make sure you get one from a local dealer. And I got the plow for a 660 grizzley and it came with a new front bumper I have no need for. Great product, they should send all the parts you need to get plowing and not parts you have no need for."

Warn Snow Plow,February 5, 2008
By muskymike1from Colorado
"This plow was a breeze to put together and attach to my ATV. It pushes snow with no problems. The only draw back that concerned me is the cheezy J bolt that attaches the winch to the plow. Surly the enginers at Warn could design a better conection. All in all a pretty good tool!"
