Coleman Stove Stand,November 3, 2009
By IowaMattfrom SE Iowa
"The stand is very stable, folds up nice and small and seems well built. This stand takes up a lot less room than carrying an extra table just to set my stove on. One of my buddies has an older style of the same stand from coleman and we have used it several times on hunting trips. I'm excited to give mine a workout."

We won't go camping without it!,May 1, 2009
By ricflofrom Texas
"We have owned two of these stove stands, purchased at least 6 years ago, and have used them several times each year. They are none the worse for wear. We put our 2-burner camp stove on one stand and the ice chest on a second one. Based on the design of our current stove, we must carefully adjust the width of the stand for the stove, but once it is set up, it is perfect. The feet of the stand have holes for staking the stand in conditions where you might feel a need to do so (stakes not included), such as when set up on uneven terrain, or if you anticipate people or pets might be inclined to bump into it. Overall, we find the stands to be very stable. I like this design over a camp "kitchen" because it allows me the flexibility of setting up each component individually, based on the characteristics of the camp site. This stand cannot be beat for portability: lightweight and extremely compact when collapsed. We recently purchased a third, because we sometimes place a board over the top of the stand to make a portable table for preparation, dishwashing, or to support a small grill.
As for price, the current price is not that much more than we paid originally; I consider the Coleman High Stand an excellent value."

Quality questionable,February 3, 2009
By Olmnsmlfrom Illinois
"We do a lot of tent style camping via motorcycle. So we have a small trailer that is towed behind the bike, and look for compact quality that is light weight. The quality of this particular product when received was questionable, plus it needs to be taller. I am only 5'10" but even with the stove on it I felt like I was all hunched over. Plus it is very unstable/wabbly."

Great camping accessory,October 15, 2007
By SpryOldDuckfrom Saratoga, California
"I put my big three burner stove on top with enough room to get access to a garbage bag hung down in the stand before setting the stove in place. It made the organization of the camp cook site much better and took care of the garbage even with a strong wind.
Do yourself a favor and get your stove off the picnic table - try it - you'll like it!"

colman high stand,October 14, 2006

"Hello! I want to tell you I grew up camping with these stands and I would not go with out them. I do not care if you tent camp or use a travel trailer these stands are a must. Cook that bacon and fey them potatoes out doors and let the greese fly. Fry fish and never worry about the smell. Finnished cooking pull the stove and drop in a couple plastic tubbs for washing and rinsing and your done. Storage is no problem because they fold up into a 3" x 4" x 2 1/2 ' or whatever area and they fit any where. I lost mine in the devorce and I'll tell you now I will miss them more then I ever will my ex-wife. Try a pair if you camp out of the back end of a truck and you will find out what I mean. Take care and happy camping. Shawn"
