"I bought this jacket and the pants because they were advertised as being quiet. The outer fleece is fairly quiet when rubbing against brush, but the jacket itself squeaks like a new pair of cowboy boots. I think it is the lining rubbing against the fleece. Anyway I will be returning both of them."

"Did not get rained on during our moose hunting trip in south eastern Idaho, but it worked as a great wind breaker when riding the 4 wheeler in the early am. Helped keep me warm and was not to heavy to pack all day. It was quieter than most rain jackets when moving. Would like to have vent zippers under the sleeves."

"This is the best pair of jacket and pants you can get for the money. I'm out of New York and it rained from morning til night opening day of shotgun with only a few 20 min breaks ALL DAY. With the camo i was able to stick it out and for the most part stay dry. I added a new pair of Revolution Fleece full sleeve gloves to the arsenol this year because that was the only thing that got wet. Like this product so much bought insulated and uninsulated for both myself and father."

"i got the revolution fleece jacket and pants for mostly bow hunting. they are respectably quiet and i have sat in the rain and stayed perfectly dry, but the material is very weak, i wore these maybe 15-20 times bow hunting and gun hunting and just from walking threw some brush and woods the pants have several little holes and rips just from one season. besides the weak matirial they are a nice light jacket and pants."

"I read other buyer's reviews before I decided to buy this jacket, and the principal complaint was that the jacket was too noisy. I'm a rifle hunter out west, so thought the noise wouldn't be a problem. Wrong. Just sitting around the campfire or still-hunting, especially with the hood up, the noise from the jacket was annoying. I almost sent it back, but washed it after getting home from an elk hunting trip, and the noise seemed a little less noticeable, so I'm hoping multiple washings will dampen the noise to an acceptable level."

"Purchase this jacket to use in duck hunting and performed as mentionned and even better. Comparing to other comment about noise, I didn't really cared, it wasn't a criteria. I took it out on cold and rainy days and it still kept me warm and dry. It is not the exteme gear but effective for the price. The only thing missing is the # of pockets.
