"The paint was easy to apply as per the instructions, although it is difficult to be precise using the tooth pick as an applicator.
I put a BB in each vial to make agitating the paint easier and it worked great. I'd even recommend that everyone who buys this product do that.
Other reviewers had difficulty with the paint being bright enough, but it looks good to me, although I did apply several coats (as recommended in the instructions).
Nice stuff, glad I bought it."

not so glowing sights,

"I used this on my Springfield XD. It took most of the evening to put on, with drying time and coats. The end result was almost no change from before.
I shot it in the daylight then went into the club and could barely see the sights indoors, let alone in the dark.
I bought a pair of truglo sight from Cabela's and those are worth every penny that I spent on them.
Fiber optics for outside and a True glow in the dark for night shooting.
Do not waste you time and money with these spend the extra and you will be one happy shooter.
Holloween is coming up so I may use the rest of the bottle then."

"It works well, even good against snow, it just looks kinda green. It doesn't glow bright all night, but if you wave a flashlight at it, It glows bright for 30 min or so. Can still make it out for hours after."

"I guess, since the product was displayed with the Tru-Glo products, I made some assumptions about the glo-in-the-dark sight paint that were not accurate. I anxiously applied the product, as instructed, to my front sight of my smoothbore musket. In field use their was little glow viewed. The paint helped some in darkned conditions because of the white color against the dark pines and shadows. I, actually, covered the sight with direct rays from a flashlight waiting for legal hunting time and saw little glow. I was anticipating a glow similar to Tru-glo products and I feel I threw away my money on this product."

"product could be alittle better, depending on your liking, you may need to apply more than the recommended 3 coats,
i like my sites to light up bright with not so much input from light source, so i applied 5 coats.
this product is best used in moderate lighting conditions for your firearms, but works great for making glow jigs for fishing"

Good Product for the Price,

"I purchased this glow in the dark paint for use on my Springfield XD40 with fixed sights. I carry the XD on some night security work and have found that paint works well. It glows very brightly with just a couple of applications over the included primer. I even used this paint to mark the open and locked key location on a pistol safe that I carry in my vehicle. I believe that is product is well worth the money and is very functional."
