"Do not order this stock set unless you have a Dremel tool, files, sandpaper and a lot of time on your hands. The forearm would not even fit over the magazine tube. A lot of material had to be removed from the magazine tube recess and the barrel channel. The stock matched to the action very poorly. It had to be shaped to fit the action. Material had to be removed from inside the stock so that the nut could hold the stock on. When attached, the stock had much less drop than the factory stock. This could not be remedied without removing material from the inside of the stock to allow more room for the recoil spring tube that runs from the action down the inside of the stock. The angle of the stock had to be changed (where it meets the action) to better match the factory drop. These stocks must be made with a fiberglass component. As I filed and sanded this material my hands became filled with fiberglass splinters. Dust from this material is probably not good to breathe. I should have just sent the stock back, but my factory wood stock broke and I needed a stock in a hurry. If I had to do it again, I would have returned it and purchased a factory stock."

"Replaced the factory walnut stock and forearm with the B&C set because my stock cracked in two after being out in a cold, dry environment and then shooting (6 degrees F, 15 kts wind, approx 15% humidity). The recoil caused the stock to separate into two pieces around the attachment screw.
Stock and forearm fit w/out any inletting. Length of pull and drop are identical to factory stock. Balance of gun moved forward due to the synthetic stock weighing less than the walnut stock. With the balance point moving forward the gun feels heavier (though it is not) and should not be a problem during the swing. I'll just need to get used to the feel."

"Excellent quality product. Actually looks more attractive than the factory original synthetic stock. Required a fair amount of work on the inletting of the forearm piece, but the butt fit perfectly without any adjustment. Overall, extremely satisfied with the stock."
