"The belt is over-sized so it will fit over extra clothing, and this is a good thing. The 12 gauge shells fit tightly in the loops. Overall construction seemed adequate, but double stitching in some places would improve long term wear. A good buy."

"This belt worked great. Good heavy leather. Everyone said they ran small so I ordered the next size up. It was way too big. I wear a size 38 pant and ordered the XL. I have some leather working tools so instead of sending it back (I had a hunt coming up that weekend) I cut it down and added two more holes. Now it fits well over my pants/belt/chaps with a shirt tucked in and works fine. Holds shells tight enough to keep them in place but can easily be removed to reload. I don't store shells in the loops to keep from stretching them out over time."

"Have used this belt this year for pheasant and duck hunting, and I am very happy with the quality.
ONE THING ... they seem to run a little small. I have a 34" waist and ordered medium, which should have worked but wasn't even close. The large fits fine and I have room to gain or lose weight and still work."

"I purchased this product recently and I have used it on three separate upland hunting trips. Straight out of the box I noticed that it was made solid with great stitching. The buckle is good looking. Overall a great looking product. The ammo stayed put even though I put it through wet and snowy conditions. The only change I would like to see is the 2 snaps that hold the buckle. I do not like the fact that the belt is held with 2 snaps. I will get this remedied by putting 2 permanent rivets.
Only time will tell if the leather will hold up. Untill then I may add a little leather oil to soften it up. I fear it may crack!"

"5 seasons and with a little care, mine is going strong. The belt is sturdy and the LEATHER loops are sized just right to hold the shell and not be too tight. The leather used on this product is, for me, the right grade (adequate) for the price. There is no elastic on this product to rot."
