"I put this on my M-1A. It reduces the recoil of the powerful .308 to less than that of my AK. I can now shoot 200 rounds at one session without the bruising and pain I used to feel the next day.

"I tried this pad on my M44 and my Mossberg 500. After trying it out, I bought more to install on all of my rifles. Great product, order same size or a little under and there will be no problems. Really helps on recoil and making big caliber rifle shooting more pleasant. Grade A overall."

"The size runs about a 1/8" longer than listed in the description but the velcro keeps everything tight. It reduced the recoil on my 30.06 by about 50%. I am happy with the product."

"Use this for my Benelli montefeltro...shoot sporting clays and hunting. Does a good job with those long 3 bird shoots as well as hammering away those 3 inchers for ducks and geese. Softens the blow pretty well. Good Choice."

Not what I expected,

"I was looking for a small slip on leather pad this is leather but only on the butt side of the pad not the whole unit. Due to the fact that it is not leather on the wrap it is very loose and the pad slips around when mounting the gun. I have used other pads and never had this issue. When it mounts right it does not slip it works well but not something I would recommend"

"A built-in equivalent of an enhanced recoil pad like this should have been standard equipment on the Browning BPS Upland 20-gauge pump I bought. Softens the recoil, makes the gun much more pleasant to shoot, and looks pretty good too."

"This turned out to be perfect. Be sure to measure the butt of the stock so you get the right size. I have both the lace up and the velcro versions. I like them both and my shoulder does too. Shipping was on time. I would recomend this product. It is a little more expensive than other choices but well worth it."
