"I am a new reloader and got 1/2 inch groups on my 2nd try. Can't wait to use them in the field. Have used the CT nosler ballsitic tips in factory ammo with excellent results on deer out to 350 yards."

"i have been reloading this bullet for my remington 700 bdl for 3 years now and i haven't had a deer move a foot after the shoot it just devastates upon impact. i highly recommended it i can shoot 5 shoots at a hundred yards inside of a nickel. so it shoots a great pattern out of my gun."
Best choice on the market,October 25, 2007

"I have been loading these bullets for over 15 years now and I have come to beleive that they are the best bullet money can buy for most anything that you will hunt in North America. I now load for everyone in our hunting group and that makes 5 different guns and all of them like this bullet. Over those 15 years there have only been 1 or 2 animals that ran more than a couple of yards and they did not make it 50 yards and was due to shot placement being slightly off. These bullets are accurate and deadly, if you work up a load with these I am sure you will be satisfied."
Nosler .270 130 gr Ballistic Tips,September 24, 2007

"I have loaded this bullet for about 12 years now. I have 2 rifles that I load this bullet in, a Winchester Model 70 FWT and a Remington 700 BDL. I found that after carefully working up the load, I got groups about .75 inches or smaller at 100 yds with both rifles. This is the most accurate hunting bullet that I have loaded. It is absolutely devastating on deer sized animals. I have never had a deer go more than a few yards after being hit. I have not experienced any trouble with close shots and bullets coming apart due to the velocity. I now load the Ballistic Tip bullets in .284 (7mm-08 and 7 mag) and .30 cal (30-06 and .300 Win Mag) for all my hunting situations, the only exceptions are Elk and Bear."
Nosler Ballistic Tip? Boat Tail Bullets - .270 Cal,November 22, 2006

"BEST big-game bullet I've ever used. They are SPECULAR at dropping big-game animals in their tracks with one shot (of course, if the animals are hit in the vital chest area). Mid neck and headshots also work very well, but then all bullets would do that. Also, they have very high ballistic coefficients and are the most accurate premium-hunting bullet you can buy. This makes them the very best of LONG-RANGE hunting bullets. Other so-called premium bullets often don't open up and spear through the chest without causing much tissue damage and/or dropping the animal. The latter is especially true for the solid copper bullets, but the Nosler partitions are not as bad. These super hard bullets will allow the animals to run 100-200 yards before collapsing. If it happens in heavy timber, your animal is lost. Super hard bullets are not needed for USA hunting, maybe for shooting rhinos, elephants, and cap buffalo, but not USA big-game."
