Company ammo for company gun,

"I purchased a Remington 710 several years ago and started with Remington ammo. Somewhere along the line I got off track and began using other ammo brands. This year I remembered where I went wrong, and fixing my mistake has paid big dividends. This ammo shoots well with my rifle and I ended up getting my deer this year."

"Out of an AR10 good for 3 to 4" groups at 100yds while most other brands were 1 1/2 to 2" groups. Might just be my rifle; others swear by this round. Try out at least 10 different types and stick with what works best for your rifle."

"Origially I bought this ammo (100g SP) to break-in my wife's single shot rifle. However, after sight in, it was so accurate in this rifle (5 shots 1/2" group @100 yards) we thought we'd try hunting with it. To date it has taken several animals including the antelope she shot with it this year. This ammo has proven consistant and reliable."

Deadly performance, questionable accuracy.,

"I gave it 4 stars because I can't get them to group tighter than 10" at 100 yards, but I get nickel size groups at 25 yards. I'm shooting 180 grain core lokts from my Tikka .308. I know that's horrible accuracy and maybe my scope/rings/mount is defective but I blame the ammo for the inconsistencies. Shot a doe in the heart broadside at 40 yards. She ran 30 yards and dropped. Massive internal trauma. Heart shot another doe broadside at 30 yards and she dropped on the spot. Where I hunt, the timber is thick so shots over 50 yards are rare. This ammo get's the job done, but if that buck of a lifetime steps out at over 100 yards in a field, I really don't want to be crossing my fingers."

"With my .243 not good ammo took my first deer with it. hit it 4 times it was 350 yards or so. my blr .243 i was shooting at it held right on front sholder hit in the gut slowed it down to get more shots off. it went over the other side of the draw so we went over there 75 yards and shot it in the heart to finish it off. we lost lots of meat.
was really mad not very ethical.so the next day i shot and seen what kind of groups not very good 4" at the best.
it seems to me people eather loves this ammo or they hate it
we use this ammo in are .30-06 and get really good groups out of it. my brother took his first elk with it and droped it in his tracks with not much loss so
we have seen both sides of this ammo
need to get reloading stuff soon hopeful this x mas
2 stars for the .243
and 4 stars for the .30-06"

"I have yet to hunt with my new Remington 770, but I can tell you this: I will be using the 130gr Core-lokt bullets. I tried other types of ammo to see what gave me the best group, and these are the best by far.
At 100 yards and a 3-round group, the farthest two bullet holes were a mere 3/8" away from each other center-to-center. (yes, I measured them) I refuse to shoot anything else out of my gun. These are great bullets with a great price."

"I primarily use 3006 with 180 gr bullet as my go to deer cartridge....I have a Win Model 70 featherwt and Rem Auto as my favorite guns, both zeroed with this Rem Express Core Lokt. As far as I can tell, this is as accurate or more accurate cartridge than any other. I even like it better than Premier Core Lokt...it's just more accurate. It's plenty lethal on deer. I switched from basic Core Lokt to Premier for Elk, but was dissatisfied with the accuracy in the Model 70 as compared to the basic Core Lokt. I wonder has anyone else noted this difference?"

"I am a lifetime hunter, in my mid 60's. I can honestly say that I have never lost a whitetail deer shot with this factory ammo. I can't say the same for some premium ammo, and would recommend this Remington ammo. My target groups are also much tighter and more consistant with Remington ammo, as well. Good luck hunting!
