"first shots through new dan wesson 1911 from bench rest at 20 yards showed a 1" pattern of 4 shots with one flyer. Only problem I had was 2 of 50 shells would not cycle into chamber. Three other brands of ammo did not shoot as tight a pattern, but all chambered as expected."

"Great inexpensive practice ammo. Grouped as tight or tighter than Winchester's 95 gr load out of my CZ82. It seems to be a little hotter than the Winchester load, and at first it seemed a little dirtier too. But clean up ended being pretty comparable. It does leave a little more ash in the barrel, but it is soft and mops out easily with just a couple of Hoppes patches. I haven't tried to reload any of this brass yet but it looks like it may not be great for that. It appears to be very heavily made -- almost military in weight. Even so, I'd still say it would be tough to beat this ammo at anywhere near the price."

"I have gone through about 150 rounds of there 9mm. Haven't had any problems. It is pretty accurate and relatively clean. No jams or anything, but then again the sr9 will pretty much eat up anything you load into it. Overall a pretty good ammo"

"I purchased this Sellier & Bellot 38 cal. pistol ammo expecting to have fun target practicing with my friends. Only problem is, this ammo would not fire in my Smith & Wesson 38 cal air lite pistol. The ammo would jam the gun to the point where I wondered if there might be something wrong with my gun. I tried another brand of ammo and it works fine. So, my experience has been Good News / Bad News. The Good news is that this ammo won't work in my pistol, the Bad news is that I have 500 rounds of the stuff and due to the shape of a bullet, I can't even skip them accross a pond like a flat rock."

"I chose to buy this brand of ammunition because of the great experiance I had with a box of Sellier&Bellot .357 magnum. Each 50 round box of 9mm box was sealed, primers are sealed with a red type sealant, the brass case are good quality and can be reloaded, the FMJ bullet is also in good condition for shooting. The ammunition fired without any trouble on both a Browning Hi-power & Springfield sub-compact XD, 200rds each. When I inspected the pistols I noticed not alot of powder residue or excessive primer sealant on the firing pin. I will purchase this brand of ammunition again."

S&B 9mm luger works OK by me,

"A little wary after hearing some of the stories questioning S&B quality, I decided to try a few boxes of the FMJ 115gr in my 9mm Browning Hi-Power.
The ammo cycled with no problems and my accuracy was as good as it is with any other brand I've tried in the gun.
I am a new shooter, and not very accomplished, so I can't really judge the accuracy of the ammo - every trip to the range I shoot a little better than the time before. At this point in my shooting experience, my biggest concern is FTF and jamming, and the S&B gave me no such problems."
