Used on an Iron Horse,

"Yes...I use these on my Harley. The are nice in that they are large enough to carre my essentials...gloves...bungy cords...sun block...first aid kit...leather chaps..etc. And they are small enough to take off...toss over my shoulder and take them into the office.
Everybody at motorcylce events like them. Says they look "Old School" ... if they only knew HOW old school they really were.
Cons: the inside of the bag is very rough cut cowhide and catches a lot of dirt and exhaust grime. The brass rivets on the flaps are not very strong. Lost two of them when filling (stuffing them full) for the first time.
Pros: The have held up great and they are on the bike...subjected to extremely harsh environmentals wind, rain, cold, heat, etc. on every ride. Almost a full years use and they look almost new.
Look great, hold up well and are a heck of a lot cheaper than other bags "made for motorcycles""

The overall appearance and quality of the bags are the same as bags that are more than twice their price. I would highly recommend them to anyone."

"This is a nice product in terms of reproduction of old style bags.
My only disappointment is that the grade of leather is very stiff. I will use saddle soap to try to soften it."
