You'll always stay warm, dry and quiet in our Rain Suede packable bibs. A quiet microdenier
warp-knit polyester makes this garment every bit as quiet as old-fashioned fleece. It has virtually no
nap so burs, seeds and leaves will not cling to it. The bibs have two zippered front pockets and a rear
zippered storage pocket that allow it to be stuffed into its own pocket. But what really sets this rainwear
apart from others in this price range is the Dry-Plus® laminate. This Cabela's-exclusive fabric is
100% waterproof and breathable to seal out rain, snow and dew while still allowing perspiration vapor
to escape, so you're guaranteed to stay dry in a wide range of conditions. The bibs have a snap-closed
storm flap over the YKK® zipper to keep out the elements. The knee-length leg zippers make
them easy to pull on over boots, and they have snap-closed storm flaps to keep moisture and cold out.
Double reinforcements at the seat and knees gives you double the waterproof protection where you
need it most. Imported.
Fits inseams 29"-32".

Cabela's Rain Suede Bibs,June 5, 2008
By Outsidemanfrom St. Peters, MO
"Great value for the money. They fit great, easy to get on and off with your boots on. Stores easily by stuffing them into the rear pocket of the bibs for a compact package and best of all, does a great job of keeping you dry!"

Keeps you dry without bulk.,February 20, 2008
By PistolDavefrom David, Reelfoot Lake, Union City, Tennessee
"Bought parka and bibs for my girlfriend and probably will buy another for me. It's thin, light, and breathable. Excellent for rainy weather. With both on you are totally kept dry. Expensive, but worth it if you are out in the rain much."

Rain Suede bibs,January 29, 2008
By YouaYiafrom Sacramento, California
"I think as far as breathable, warm, comfortable at the price I bought was ok. I'm sorry to say that It was not satisfied my needs at the price I bought. If I can return I would but I wore it to hunting already. I would recommend this bibs only for walking on the road, not on the tall grassy area because all the seed grass and those spiky, sticky seed grass will stick all over. Me and my son had a terrible time trying to scrape those spiky seeds off. I think it would be best to add like nylon to avoid that to happen then it would be perfect."

great gear, but issue with sizes...,November 5, 2007
By OregonJimfrom Western Oregon
"I ordered a medium size set of bibs and they were just plain HUGE, so I exchanged them for a small size, but I just barely fit into those. So, order your clothes early enough before you absolutely need to exchange them for the proper size.
I like the rain suede packable clothing very much and recommend it highly!"

Well made and waterproof,October 25, 2007
By MyVizsla
"I was pleasantly surprised with both the quality of the product and how dry it kept me. only drawback is that they're not as quiet as I would ideally want but a little extra noise is the trade off for their water repellency."

Actually ARE Waterproof!,October 21, 2007
By remotealaskafrom remote southeast alaska
"I purchased these in July and they have quickly turned into my favorites. I prefer these over Impertech, as they are surprisingly more durable than the Helly Hansen pants I have. The pants were purchased 1 month prior and have been patched 1/2 a dozen times already.
They have not ever leaked(yet) on many excursions through Alaska's Southeastern bush, nor have they gotten holes or rips.
They are also about the quietest article of clothing that is waterproof I have ever come across."

Rain Suede Bibs,October 1, 2007
By InteriorHunterfrom Alaska
"These bibs performed great on my 10 day moose hunt and are better than any other waterproof hunting bib I've used before. They are exceptionally quiet, waterproof and comfortable. They dry out fairly quick when the outer fabric gets wet as well. They have large enough leg zips to put on boots as well, which is very handy when you need to get out of them and shed layers. If you're looking for a tough, quiet and great performing bib, these are the one's."

A little noisy,September 29, 2007

"Used these black powder elk hunting. Very lightweight, dry, and breathable. However, a bit noisier than cotton bibs than expected in the woods. Made stalking difficult."

Great rain proof bibs,September 22, 2007
By WeekendSportsmanfrom Cedar Falls, IA
"I recently purchased and used on a week long fishing trip to Ontario. Three days of tough fishing in 45 degrees, rain and wind, these bibs did a great job. Now looking forward to using them in the spring for those tough Turkey hunting days. Super product, very lightweight and easy to get on and off."

Best Rain Gear,September 11, 2007
By Hornet2Hunterfrom WV
"These are the best sets of rain gear on the market in my opinion. Light and packable and really keep you dry. They are pretty quiet as well which is what sets them apart from most raingear out there"

Rain suede,May 7, 2007
By gebra60from Virginia
"The jacket got a 4 but the bibs get a 5. Have used them all turkey season and have stayed dry and comfortable. If you buy rain gear for the woods, get bibs NOT pants. You'll find the overlap will keep the seat of your drawers reliably dry.
Excellent product that I recommended to my hunting partner, who got a set. He loves them, too."

Almost perfect,April 25, 2007
By FierceWarriorfrom NW Ohio
"My only complaint is that they are not super quiet. They are quiet but still make some rustling noise when rubbing. Other than that they are awesome. As a plus, I haven't really found any other quieter ones out there yet (not including wool or fleeces). Very comfy, roomy, and packable. Lightweight and 100% bone dry. I would still recommend these to friends in light of the above con. Very durable and easy to take off and on. I use these mostly for deer hunting but have also used them on two bear hunts. They have served me well and kept me absolutely dry! These are great bibs and will get the job done for you."

Versatile,November 28, 2006
By MTClayfrom Helena, MT
"There are many species to hunt in Montana--many terrains--many different weather conditions. From early archery season to late general season the Cabela's Rain Suede Packable Bibs were an essential part of my gear this year. High winds while antelope hunting, wet snow opening weekend for elk, rainy days hunting deer (and even a couple of windy/rainy high school football games), these bibs keep me warm and dry! I don't know why I didn't buy a pair of these long ago--I won't face the harsh Montana weather without them again."

rain suede packable bibs,November 26, 2006
By TON762from New Mexico
"I bought the rain suede bibs to get ready for this Fall's elk hunts in the mountains of New Mexico. Normally, rainy weather in New Mexico is hard to come by, but this year was different with daily rains during the bow elk season. The bibs were very light and packed nicely in my backpack. On numerous rainy occasions, including downpours, I took them out and put them on for a very comfortable, dry fit. If you are looking for lightweight, comfortable, dry rain gear, these are worth it."
