"I selected these trail shorts due to the heavy weight of the fabric and also that the rear pockets are on a slant and closed w/velcro. Very easy to reach in and get items out of the rear pockets. Wide belt loops are also a plus when you carry items such as a cell phone and knives on the belt."

"Have bought several pairs of Cabela's trail shorts 9" inseam for my husband. He loves them. Wears them constantly especially when on camping/fishing trips. "I recently bought two pairs of these shorts. I should've bought 4 pairs instead!! I bought a navy blue pair for work and a Khaiki pair for my leisure time. They are teriffic; they wear well, they have lots of deep pockets, you can wear them right out of the dryer! I wish they came in other colors.
