"otters track very well in rough water, however i did place a flag on them for the pleasure boaters to see! would have given a 5 rating but they do not handle weeds as good as the double board type of planner boards. but the trade off is well worth a few weeds!!"

"After experimenting with several different types of planer boards, I found this to be the best of them. It is very seldom when you find Lake Superior calm, so I needed a board that would handle rough water. This does very well. I use two of these with the Big Jon mast. They are of a simple design, but very functional."
