"I have worn these shorts for years and keep buying more. Very comfortable and full of pockets. But be careful on sizing, as it runs a little tight. I normally wear 32" waist, but got 33", or 1" bigger. And they do seem to shrink some after washing."

"It seems to be short a belt loop on the back side. there are loops on each side and one in the middle of the back. I think they should add one on each side in the back and move the one one the side forward a bit. Otherwise good shorts."

"I have used Cabela's shorts for years and they are actually part of the summer uniform from my last employment (retired). Other than top quality and comfort, the only thing that should be mentioned is that I had to order 1 size larger than what I normally wear. Most of my other pants and shorts are size 36, but the Cabela's Hiker shorts in 36 were too tight. I had to exchange for a size 38."

"I bought several pair of the 7 pocket hiker pants in the past so I thought I'd give the shorts a try as well. I'm glad I did. They're comfortable working around the yard and even on the golf course. They are a hair snug in the quad area (old washed up soccer player with big legs) but not uncomfortably so. Fit great everywhere else and the pockets come in handy."

"I recently bought 3 of these shorts for a 2 week camping/fishing trip. At first they were a little stiff but broke in very well and were comfortable all day. Very sturdy material with super strong belt loops and pockets, though the single button was lost by weeks end - durable nylon line cured that problem. For the money - difficult to beat."
