"I have used these to catch many fish in both fresh and salt water. Large Mouths, Smallmouths, yellow & white perch, pickeral, makeral, stripers, redfish, spotted seatrout and many more have fallen for this lure. I love the extreme casting distances you can get with this even on windy days. Actually its one of my favorite windy day lures. As simple as it is it does catch fish."

"This bait works great on all types of fish...I mainly use it for bass, but recently tried it on crappie and trout and had great results with them also. The only downfall I have encountered with this lure is when fishing from shore, if the water is shallow, I sometimes bring in debris. Well worth puttin up with, considering the overall success rate I've had with it."
