handier than the round markers,May 11, 2008
By vannerfrom Medicine Hat, AB
"I have used round markers in the past. Found them to spin out too much line. No problem though with these. Other than that a marker is a marker!"

Not enough weight,September 10, 2007
By Straboatfrom Maine
"I use marker buoys quite a bit for humps and weed lines and these are the worst ones I have ever owned. The weight is not heavy enough to spin the buoy hence it never makes it to the bottom. You have to get close to the buoy and prod it along with a rod tip. I added an old door hinge to them and now they work but I shouldn't have had to do that."

Great price OK Product,May 1, 2007
By Weyes1from Wamego, KS
"Used them the first time last weekend. I like the way the weights snap in and they snap together. Really slow unwinding though. Easy to rewrap the line back on the buoy."

Best bouy markers two pack,April 3, 2007
By parkerjoefrom Central New Jersey
"They are too small for what I need. It would be impossible to use these out in the ocean and are only good on a small farm pond IMHO.
So of us need markers to mark offshore structure in saltwater and would like to see Cabela's carry such items.
I sent this item back after seeing how small they were.
I hope this helps future buyers of this item."

Best Buoy Marker Buoys Two-Pack,November 26, 2006
By labrador1from ND
"A good buy with a great price. Worked very well. Unwinds nicely without drifting. Weight snaps in place to prevent tangling. Do check the knots before using - we lost our weight the first time it was tossed it out. However, Cabela's friendly customer service sent us a replacement within days."
