"My friends and I exclusively use Seaguar products on our spinning and bait casting reels. Fluorocarbon can be a little more difficult to work with , but it is worth the small extra headache. It is a very sensitive line and I feel I can feel the "Bite" better."

"I mainly fish the flats off the Gulf coast of FL where the water is gin clear and the slection of leader is critical. I have tried many different brands/colors/test of flurocarbon leader material and although Seaguar is genarally a little more expensive than others it's superior toughness and invisibility more than make up for the added cost."

"I jig for bluegills thru the ice in some very clear lakes and ponds here in NW IN. I have difficulty seeing and handling 2# line (old age?) necessary to fool these fish. I spool 4# green and tie small swivel and attach 2-3 ft of 2# fluorcarbon leader. Works real well and I can readily see the 4# line movement and still have the virtual invisibility of the 2# fluorocarbon."

"This September will be my 6th trip to the Unalakleet River in Northwest Alaska fishing for silver salmon. I use about 18 inches of 30 pound test Seaguar Fluorcarbon Leader material tied with a surgeon's knot to 12 pound test P-Line Premium clear monofilament that I've tied off in a bimini-twist. An excellent combination! The Seaguar Leader Material allows the guide to get a solid hold on the salmon boatside, without having to net or otherwise bring the fish into the boat....much easier on the fish...much easier on the guide! And rarely a break off when the line gets pulled under the boat or around the prop."

"Fishing up to 50 plus days a year with my fly rods I have used just about everyones leader material. On a recent trip to Ontario Canada to fish for pink and king salmon I purchased two spools of segaur in 10 and 12 pound test. Having no need to use the 12 pound I put the 10 pound to the test. I was totally amazed at how it stood up to the pressure of landing 20 pound kings on my 8 weight. Putting as much pressure on my graphite fitting stick as I dared I was unable to loss a fish to leader failure. I am forever a fan and look foward to many more battles using the best leader material I have used to date !
