"An excellant product which is essential on a float tube. I cant believe I managed without it or that I didn't damage a rod or lose one overboard before I purchased it. It is a shame that they are not imported into England. They woud sell well."

"You cannot beat Scotty products. This rod holder can be used with the straps provided on float tube or pontoon boat. With the removable head, the unit can be used with other deck or gimbal mounts from Scotty. This means that it can work with your canoe, kayak, or boat as long as you have the appropriate base.
Works great."

"I use this rod holder on a Scaddan 13 foot inflatable pontoon boat and it worked great. The strap was pleanty long enough for the 20 inch pontoons on my boat!"

"This product is awesome. I bought it several years ago. I use it on my pontoon raft. It allows me to be able to put the rod somewhere while I go to my next destination. being with out it in the past was a pain. I would always have to break the rod down and strap it to my pontoon before I could move on to my next destination. Then I would have to unstrap it assemble it again before I could fish. With this product I just lock it in the holder and I'm rowing. When I get to where I was going, I pop the strap and I'm fishing. doesn't get any better than that."

"I purchased a Trout Unlimited Madison pontoon boat from your catalog, and I tricked it out with an anchor system, a spinning rod holder, and fly rod holder by Scotty, which also came from your catalog. This is a great fishing set-up on the small lakes I like to fish. I recently caught three triploid trout in one of our special regulation lakes using a fly rod seated in this fly rod holder. I am extremely pleased with all of these items. I have never bought any item from your catalog that has been anything but exceptional."
