"I love the design of this box as inserting and removing of flies is very easy and anything that extends to the hook point and slightly below is not be crushed or bent down.
The problem with my Big Fly Box is that it is supposed to hold flies down to a size 10, but many of the fly stations would not securely hold my size 6 flies."

"I'm a big fan of the Bug Luggage cases. Simple and well built and not too pricey. This is my second one, which I'm using for bass flies, and it is just what I need. I should also mention that Cabela's customer service shined through on this--my first order showed up with a crack in the case. Quickly sent 'er back to Cabelas; quickly recieved a new one in return."

"ok, we've all got our favorite types, but after about 20 years of climbing around streams...I thought I knew what I wanted in a box. My buddy threw me one of his baby bug boxes - I used it for the afternoon - I was hooked.
I've now replaced every box I use in my primary carry bag with bug luggage. Tough as nails, color coded so you can split up your stuff (I do) into easily grabbed choices. I miss the see thru lids a bit of my old boxes...but holding the hook from the outside, not into the foam, and the strong holds...no more blowing out, dropping out flies...it's all worth it. It wouldn't surprise me to see them still working fine after that crazy 20 year guarantee is over."

"Bug luggage boxes are the best I've ever used. I own the baby and the big. Big is what it is, it has plenty of room for my salmon and steelhead fly assortments. The slots are made for thick shank hooks, fine wire tends to fall out but it is for the big boys so it works great!"

"I like the slots, no hook to bury and therefore the boxes should last. They are, however, a little hard to open and some of the slots are a tad too wide for hooks and the flies fall out. Still, a nice fly box and much better than what I had."

"I come from the old school of $1.00 Plano utility boxes and film canisters for fly storage ....!! This *Bug Luggage* is quite a step up from those cheaper alternatives. In this price range, I just have not found a better fly storage system compared to this *Bug Luggage*. That foam that is mounted in these boxes is some really TUFF stuff and your flys remain seated and easily visible for a fast and quick selection. ALSO, the WIND cannot get the chance to blow out your flys like what happens with the open bin type boxes. I only have two of these boxes, but in the near future I shall purchase two more. It might be noted that you will want to purchase their BIG box for streamer flys, stone flys, grasshopper patterns and the likes."
