"I bought these leaders because they were the cheapest around and they were a 4 pack. They meet all the basic requirements: they are tapered and they don't break under tension. I have never understood the knotless claim of any leader, leave any leader with me and it will become knotted but you are kidding yourself if you spend more than $5 for a trout leader, these are quality and I have and will buy them again."

"The leaders served my purpose well. Excellent leaders for the price. I used these leaders in size 6X and 7X and caught seveal trout with dry flies, including a few large Browns. I was using Size 16 to Size 20 flies and they turned over without gliches or snarls and I was impressed by their strength."

"You can never have enough of these. Especially with beginning fly fishing. I can teach my own beginners how to slip these on and off with a pre-done loop at the end of a fly line so tht I don't have to stop fishing when they break off a big fish. If they can tie a fly on, they can do the loop needed. Then I don't have to drop everything to get them set back up."

"The small floating bead slides up & down easily to adjust the depth and stays where you put it. But be gentle when you slide the bead (push don't pull) or you can pull it apart. The bead is small enough to not intefere with casting but not quite small enough to pass through the loop connector on my fly line. The bead floats well and is easy to spot. I knot 3' of 4x tippet onto the 3x leader to get more length. I will definitely order a few more of these."

"The ad for this leader says it is knotless, meaning it should have a loop on the end for a loop to loop connection. There was no loop on this leader, and I didn't find this out until i was in the water wadding and broke a leader. had to tie on a loop, was not impressed"

"I have used several of the 4-pack leaders including the 5 foot sinking and the 9 foot dry fly types. The leaders are a good buy in the 4-pack if compared to a single leader purchased. Both also turn over real well when cast and do not develope wind knots easily."
