"Excelent design. I wish the large size was larger. I they made the large size a medium, and an aditional size for the large, it would be suficient for surfcasting rods. It is way to hard to fit the 3/0 size trebble hooks in the hook keeper while walking at the same time. I think the large is to small for 3/0 trebble hooks. However it's better than ruining the finish on a nice fuji alconite stripper guide."

"I like to put these on my better rods, as they look sharp and dress up the rod. Since they are single foot, they are quicker to wrap. They work great on heavy hackled dry flies,as they open quite a bit more than your regular hook holder,and fold away nicely when not needed. Good Fishing"
