"Easy to make good quality sinkers. Make sure lead gets to proper molding temp, oil the pin and hinges. Use a large dipper to quickly pour a enough lead. I used a plumbers pot and ladle. Bullet maker ladles are generally too small. Bottom pour furnaces are too slow. This is all in the instructions.
Watch that the handles don't get too hot, 6 and 8 oz sinkers hold a lot of heat. Need to pace castings to let the mold cool a little. I cool the mold in front of a fan."
