"After having a wool army blanket years ago that was coarse on the skin but warm,I tried this blend and it's wonderfull.I didn't like the price at first but it's a good product and I use it every night for I have a 73 degree setpoint on the ac at night."

"This is the only wool blanket that I have even had that is soft enough to use without a sheet. It is so warm and nice I use nothing else now--no reason to in Ventura Ca. Problem, my wife and cat love it so much that I wake up at night and the blanket is gone to the other side of the bed. Yes, I could go over there, but that is just not natural!"

"excellent quality for price. other sites charge about $40 more for same. have tried a Hudsons Bay blanket about 15 years ago. this Pendleton seems to have same warmth as it for 1/3 current price & 1/2 weight (warmth is very subjective though). if you have a twin bed, still buy the largest size & it can be doubled up if needed(minimal price difference)."

"Last year, I bought one of these Yakima Camp Blankets for each of my three daughters. They liked them so much that I purchased another blanket for each this Christmas.
I purchased one for myself. These blankets are very warm, and I sleep with the thermostat at about 60 F.
These are great gifts for people like my daughters who are starting out with their first house, and who have one or two spare bedrooms that are not completely outfitted.
Also these blankets are made in the USA, and currently, our economy needs help."

"I bought two of these blankets, one for camping the other for the bedroom. I could kick myself for not getting them sooner, they are excellent blankets for those cold or chilly nights. I would recommend them if your a camper or if you want a little more comfort at home. Our heat was out for a little over a week and they came in real handy."

"I have bought 3 of these blankets. We used them in a pop-up travel trailer on a recent trip to alaska (temperatures in the 40's). The queen size is large enough to fold in half and lay on half and cover with the other half, or cover with both halves and have the same effect as two blankets. Blankets kept us warm and were not really itchy. Excellent buy."
