"We ordered the Tur-Duc-hen for our family Christmas Dinner. Needless to say everyone was very curious and hovered around oven when was taken out. The experience was nothing short of AMAZING – Cooked in Convection Oven – Standard roasting pan with Rack for drippings and covered in Aluminum Foil.
When dinner was over, all that was left was the few bones (legs/wings) and some of the stuffing. This was by far the most enjoyed entrée of the meal and we had many available including others from Cabela’s.. (See my Other Reviews)
Meats were juicy and very delicious – And everyone agreed the duck was the best ever had. Will be buying another for our next holiday gathering.
My hat is off to Cabela’s Tur-Duc-Hen! 5 STARS & MORE!"

"Absolutely the best.........Can't say enough about it and I was certain that I would hate it.....Love the fact that I didn't have to make dressing also......I used cheese-cloth soaked in butter and turkey broth for basting every 30 min. WONDERFUL!!!!!"
