"i work out in the woods and we get where we're going on atv's. the other guys i work with all use chaps and after the second pair of carharts i ripped i decided it was time to look like a cowboy too and buy some chaps. the leather is of excellent quality, nice and thick. to date i have worn them every day at work (except for the days i dont go into the woods), and i have yet to do more than scuff them. they've lasted me so far and i can tell they will last me a long long time to come."

"A couple of items. The ad in the catalogue did not indicate how length was determined. Therefore, I had to guess at the length to order based on the inseam of jeans. Chaps are worn differently than pants, so the length to order was a guess as by the description of the item there is no indication of how they determine length. Therefore, I ended up ordering chaps that were too long. The stitching on the chaps is less than desireable. Most chaps I have researched have stitching that is almost twice the diameter of that used in these chaps. Therefore, I am extremely concerned about the durability.
You ask if I would recommend this item to a friend. Yes, but with reservations. I would definately let them know that I believe they are getting a product that is somewhat below average on some of the materials used in the construction."
