"I am loading the 150 gr into a .308 for a youth hunter on a cow elk hunt. This round was used two seasons ago and performed without flaw putting a cow down with 1 shot to the heart @ 80 yards. An excellent premium bullet worth the cost."

300 Win Mag,

"This bullet is the most accurate one I have tried out of my finicky 300 Win Mag, but it shoots just over 2" at 200 yards at 2900 fps and delivers a real whallop at long range, but holds together as expected with the partition...It is a little pricey for casual shooting, but then again, the 300 Win Mag isn't exactly a "casual plinker"."

"I've been using Nosler partition bullets for 40 years - 160 gr 7MM and .30 180 gr - and think they're the best bullets around for elk. I've also used them a lot on deer. They provide great penetration and do good, controlled damage. During those 40 years I've shot over 20 elk and countless deer with these bullets and I've never had one get away. Most have gone down with one shot. I don't intend to use another bullet in these two calibers."

"I have been using the 165 gr nosler partition for over 25 years for elk hunting from 50 yards to over 400 and have never had to fire a follow up shot. I cant get them to group under a 1.5 in at 150 yards but they sure do the job on big game."

"I loaded the 150 gr 30 cal. partition this year with great success. I had less than 1/4 inch groups at 100 yards. Every hole i punched touched each other! I also knocked down deer in there tracks with this bullet. I will swear by them!"

"It is one of the consistents in the world. Nosler Partition bullets continue to get the job done. If you need a tough bullet for a tough job, the partition is it. As a general overall bullet for the 300 Weatherby the partition is perfect. It holds together at close targets when the velocity is high, or at lower velocity on distant heavy boned targets. For the 2008 season two partitions were all I needed for a big mule deer at 300 yards and an elk at just over 200 yards. A classic older bullet design that works."

"The nosler partition in 165 gr .30 cal is close to the perfect hunting bullet. I got better than 1inch 3 shot groups at 100 yards out of my .308 consistently with 44grains of IMR 4064 smokeless powder. I harvested the biggest cow elk our camp has taken in 15 years with 1 shot at 70 yards. The elk died less than 60 yards. There were skid marks are the ground from the elk as she hit the ground so hard from dieing so quickly on the run. Everything a hunter wants in a bullet: Sharp accuracy and great lethality on big game. Nosler got it right the first time in the '40's when this bullet was designed. Great product!"

"I'm using the Partition in 180 gr. to hunt bear next week. I've never used Partitions before but from what I've read and what friends tell me, I can't go wrong. I can tell you these are very accurate bullets in my 30-06. I'll update after the hunt."

"I think that Nosler Partitions are the best game getting bullets on the market today. With mule deer, elk and moose taken from up close to across canyon shots they peformed everytime. I shoot a Sako .300 Win. Mag. 180gr. Partitions over 73.5gr. of RL-22. The best 3 shot group today has been 3/16' x 3/8" x 3/8" center to center. Now that's accurate!"

"I couldnt get these bullets to group very good in my daughters 308. 1.2 inch groups at 100yds was as good as it gets. I am getting better 5 round groups with barnes bullets (.4) at 100yds."
