provides superior mushrooming characteristics at virtually all impact
velocities, and Nosler's integral partition supports the expanded mushroom and
still retains the rear lead alloy core. A special crimp locks in the rear core
section to provide strength to resist deformation under the pressure of heavy
magnums. The enclosed rear core retains more than half the original bullet

Coyote be-heading,February 22, 2009

"Coming around a corner on a logging road, there was two coyote's about 75 yards up the road. As soon as they saw me they started to run, I took aim at the closer of the two and placed a 140gr partition between the ears of the slower of the coyotes. The coyote did a sumnersalt and fell stone dead. Upon walking up to it I could see that the head had been split in two and the ears where, just dangling there. It was a nice coyote, but it was in no condition to be stuffed and mounted. Excelent product and will continue to use them later this season on whitail."

"Perfect fit for my 6.5/284 in a Browning A-Bolt. I've had a hard time finding good bullets that fit this small magazine and still perform well in this cartridge. I was pleased these fit. Can't go wrong with a Partition. This combo will be going to Alaska for Caribou this fall."

"I thought the price was decent, and I've liked the Nosler Partition bullets ever since I first tried them ... about 30 years ago. They do a nice job of through-and-through for a better blood trail ... although I usually don't need a trail, because the Noslers have great knockdown power as well. Ever since my son decided we needed a .264 in the vault, we've become quite impressed with the caliber. Our savings on reloading these should net a nice discount off of "retail". These are a bit light for some uses, but should do a great job on smaller stuff, up to and including Prairie Goat (Pronghorn). This purchase saved us a few dollars and we can always find something else on which to spend it. Glad I caught the bargain during the special discount time."

"I hunt in North Georgia were the woods are thick so not many shots over 75yds. I was having bullets fragment after hitting game at close range. Bullets (Winchester PP and Remington Core-Lokts) would explode inside the deer making an absolute mess! I guess some folks like that but I not! I wanted an entry AND exit wound besides it's nasty trying to clean a gut shot deer. This is the 3rd Whitetail shot by myself and my 10yr old son using Partitions. First two were with 243 Win 100gr Partition and this last weekend using his new Ruger Compact in 260 Rem. The deer was broadside at 25yds. My son shot it in the right front shoulder. Complete pass-thru from right front shoulder to just behind left shoulder. Nothing left of the lungs. The heart was shattered from the bullets as well. This deer ran a very short 40yds, piled up and was dead within 30 second of the shot. Where we hunt that is a big deal due to close property lines. Love these bullets!"
