"The shoe is fine in terms of fit, quality, strenght, lighness etc. I just expected the dark brown to be as dark as it looks rather than brown. I ve kept them any way and I m getting used to the color."

"Ordered these shoes to replace a worn out pair of slip-on shoes I thought I loved, but, I now have a new favorite shoe. The were a little tight for the first week, but I have an extremely high instep so I expected this. They are the best looking and expect best wearing shoes I've owned in 40+ years."

"I have purchased four of five pairs of these, to work in. I like them so well, that when they get worn out and I get my new pair to wear, I cant hardly throw the old ones away. I have been known to wear the old ones around the farm two years after I should have thrown them away."

"Bottom line - I like these shoes and will buy more. Not cheap, but reasonable given quality.
I needed a pair of airport shoes. You know, stupid human tricks at the security line and all. I needed sturdy slip-on's to get me through the airport and serve as casual/business shoes for short turn-around trips (hate to carry extra shoes). I've tried several, but this pair are just the trick. Other reviews I read complain about two things:
Heavy shoes... Well they are hefty, but to me that's good, not bad. Hefty translates to sturdy and I need a sturdy shoe. These fit the bill - they are definitely not flip-flops.
Small opening, hard to put on... Not sure where that comes from. I have a 'high volume' foot but I find these easy to slip on and off. Only thing I can figure is folks with big feet ordering narrow width shoes. This was just not a problem for me.
The wide size accomodates my EE foot and arch supports easily. They broke in very quickly (a couple days at most). Been wearing them three weeks now and very happy - headed for the airport in the morning... For those with wide or high volume feet, the EE size is very accomodating. I have room but at the same time good support."

"I like these shoes very much. The darker color is my preference. They did not carry these in the store, only on the website. The tread is good - Although I wish it had some micro tread for the toe and heel. On the website it seemed as though the sizes were limited - as if they were going to discontinue these. I hope they do not as I would purchase these again if / whenever these wear out. Thanks Cabela's!"
