"I use this for a rear light on my ATV when plowing snow. It gives plenty of light is fully adjustable and has a solid base that assures the light stays where it is pointed. Also have on on my bass boat attached to a hand rail."

Ram Marine Spotlight,January 5, 2009
By Celticquestfrom Juneau, Alaska
"I have a 19' Bayrunner with a center driving station that I use for fishing in Southeast Alaska. I wanted a light that was not too large, and did not draw too much from my battery. The purpose of the light was to light my front deck, rear deck, and the water in front of me coming into the marina late at night. This light swivels on the mount, and does all the things that I wanted it to do. If you want a large spotlight, this is not your light. But, if you want a light to light your decks, and light your way at slower speeds in the darkness, and the launch ramp, this is a great choice. I have a handheld flashlight which is rechargeable. But I wanted a light that I could run off my battery as a backup. I would recommend this light."

Great light,January 9, 2008
By FluBjagerfrom NJ
"I mounted 2 of these lights on the center console of my 18' duck boat. They are very maneuverable and light up the river banks very nicely. The lights have held up extremely well in rough pounding water and have taken a beating by the low hanging branches of the river banks I hunt. I like the par 36 sealed beam lights, they are the same many aircraft use as landing lights, so they are very durable and easy to replace (if needed). I've run these lights for 3 seasons on the original bulbs. Great lights, highly recommend."

Not so bright,November 23, 2006
By JacobsDadfrom Kew Gardens,NY
"I used this light bolted to the back rail of my Polaris 500 - It didn't last long. The car lighter type plug basically melted the first time I used it. I replaced the plug with one from Radio Shack. The light was not that bright, somewhat awkward to maneuver and has not held up to "fairly smooth" quad trails. The reflector broke inside the bulb and now the unit simply decorates the rear of my quad. Perhaps it would fair better in the water as it is called a marine spotlight. I have also noticed some condensation on the inside of the lens."
