There's nothing worse than cold, numb and soaking-wet hands when you're trying to shoot. We redesigned our Deluxe Shooting Gloves to protect your hands from any cold weather element that could prevent you from enjoying the action. We added an ultrasoft tricot lining to draw moisture away from your hands so it can pass through the breathable GORE-TEX® Flex insert. This combination eliminates cold, clammy hands, in addition to providing 100% waterproof/breathable performance. The DuPont 330 Cordura® Ambush Cloth shell now features cut-and-sewn articulation on the thumb and first knuckle for freedom of movement without stretching the rest of the shell. Soft, smooth leather facing on the palms and fingers lets you grip any firearm securely, while the trigger finger is
covered with Lycra® for greater shooting dexterity. The 150-gram Thinsulate Insulation inside keeps hands and fingers toasty warm, yet still keeps the glove slim with full dexterity. We also extended the nylon-rib knit cuffs so cold air and moisture can't find their way in, and the nylon web wrist strap with nonslip adjustable buckle seals in warmth. Includes elasticized wrists on the palm side. Imported.
Sizes: S-2XL.
Camo patterns:Mossy Oak® New Break-Up™,
Realtree® AP HD®,
Mossy Oak® Duck Blind®,
Blaze Orange,
Advantage MAX-4 HD®.

A duck hunter's essential,November 19, 2009
By Budda1031from Peshtigo, WI
"I recently purchased a pair of Cabela's Gore-Tex Thinsulate Deluxe Shooting gloves and have been extremely pleased. These gloves are ideal for those frosty mornings with putting out a couple dozen decoys, to driving that duck boat, to hiking back to that secluded pothole nestled back in the marsh. The best features of the gloves are the 100% waterproof construction and the sure-grip palms. The shooting finger is also a nice touch, providing the sensitivity to allow the hunter to shoot his/her gun with gloves on."

Great concept, but not ideal.,November 19, 2009
By QuackDOWfrom Fortworth, TX
"These gloves are great for the fact that they keep your hands warm, but the trigger finger isn't as advertised. The trigger finger is very bulky and not ideal for actually pulling the trigger. Also the trigger finger ripped after the first few months."

Shooting gloves are perfect for winter & waterfowl,November 17, 2009
By OUTDOORSMANcomfrom Logan, UT
"Waterproof. Warm. Perfect fit.
Going on 3 years now and these gloves are perfect for cold weather. The gore-tex keeps your hands dry and the thinsulate keeps them warm. The ultra-thin index finger allows for dexterity when loading and unloading your shotgun and, more importantly, lets you shoot with your gloves on. I would recommend them to any serious waterfowler."

Best Gloves ever,November 9, 2009
By schmitty2from Wisconsin
"Took them on a North Dakota hunting trip. I was skeptical that they would actually be waterproof. After hunting in the pouring rain the outside of the gloves were soaked and the inside was dry and my hands were still warm."

Cabela's GORE -TEX Gloves,November 6, 2009
By Swhitingfrom Salt Lake City, UT
"I have had these gloves for about a year. The shooting finger gets stuck on anything velcro and because of that, it is all frayed. To make things more annoying is that they don't keep my fingers warm. I have duck hunted in them as well as deer hunted here in Utah. The only time they keep me warm is when I am hiking, working up a sweat. I need to find a better pair because these just don't work as described. The shooting finger idea is the only good idea on these. I just wish they kept my hands warmer."

WET HANDS, CAN'T GET THESE GLOVES ON,October 11, 2009
By stepnoutfrom Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada
"Most of the things I buy at Cablea's are great. I am sad to say I TRIED to used these gloves Saturday while hunting Ring Necks in the RAIN (Gore-tex). I loaded the boat and my bare hands got damp as would be expected. then I tried to put on these gloves and no way no how would these gloves go on my hands. The lining grabbed wy damp skin and the gloves would not go on. The insulate moved around in the gloves and balled up. These gloves fit perfect when my hands are dry but no sir these gloves are next to impossible to get on once your hands are damp. The second reason I would NOT recommend these is the non water proof cloth cuff on these gloves are too big to tuck-in my hunting jacket and too small to pull over my hunting jacket sleeve. I have one of the Cabela's Brush Buster Gore-tex wader jackets which I love. I live in Canada and have to drive 66 miles to mail these back but these gloves will be going back once I have a chance.
